It was a one night stay after attending concert at The Sweetland Amphitheatre

room was clean, bed was big and comfortable

no coffee machine in the room, got up checked out and drove to fine coffee

Horrible experience, should have paid more for a better room.

Cheap open 24/7 took later arrival

Room was a crime scene. Floors were sticky, bathroom has mildew and mold painted over and ceiling was flacking off into the tub and the floor had a dead roach on it. The beds were made, I sleepy on the top of the bedsheet with a blanket from my car as I wa scared of bed bugs. At 4 am in the morning we heard a gunshot and something large hit the floor on the room above us, sounded like furniture falling over. The residents or guests looked very shady, meaning we did not feel safe staying there. The air smelled like a mixture of bug spray, disinfectant, and body fluids. It was very gross and disturbing.

Location was great

The initial check in was fine. Then 2 days later they changed the price and never said anything to customers or employees. When I tried to talk to someone on morning shift she was very rude calling us liers when we were telling her the truth and she later had to apologize to me and my wife. They are too expensive now. And my key hardly worked and got stuck with a 3 yo in the cold. Took them 30 mins to finally get someone to open the door but would never fix the door battery. Would not go back or refer anyone.

Overall my stay was pleasant for the price.

It was great for the price. The location was very close by restaurants and shopping mall. The hotel could use a makeover.

The hotel is out dated. I had a issue with my door closing and locking properly. The bathroom definitely needs to be remodel.

Stayed for a week never did house keeping ask if we needed anything 2 flat pillows for a king size bed had to go to office for tp bathroom floor looked like it hasn't been clean in months a no smoking room cig butts on night stand burn marks on things

it had a bed and a shower.

noisy at all hours of the night, hardly clean, overall just a place to sleep.

customer service was good.

I think if you have extended stay at your hotel then you should have rooms for regular nights away from the ones that’s living there. the room door gave us a hard time using the key card. had to get staff to get us in. there was stains on the bed and the tub. I stayed because I’m bad with confrontation so I just did what I came there for and went on my day.
