NOTHING IT WAS HORRIBLE
No breakfast, horrible rooms, awful employees that are stealing and on drugs. Cockrochaes in room, horrible cable reception, wifi was awful, homeless drug addicts all over the property.

We got a working Jacuzzi tub by the third room change.
We came to check-in at 3pm with a very nice woman named Karen. Signed papers and she asked us for a 100$ cash deposit which is not mentioned on here. She waived it for us as we were unaware. We headed up to our room and there was some man who looked cracked out holding a screw driver trying to remain standing but failing to do so. We got into our room and it looked as if they didnt clean at all. There was hair everywhere, all over the bed and floor, all over the shower, in the ice bin, and in the jacuzzi tub. There was also a Roach trap in plain site. Went down to complain and their Staff Member Karen was so nice and accomodating and switched us right away. In our second room it was a bit dirty but not as bad as the last but our jacuzzi tub wasnt working. The water pressure was awful so it took like a half hour to an hour to fill up and we were just running it to clean the jets. Tried to turn it on and nothing. They sent up a very nice maintenance man to checkout the issue and he fixed it however, it would shut off about every 10 minutes so I would have had to press the switch on the surge protector every 10 minutes and I was not about to do that. I went back down to complain and Karen provided me amazing customer service and without hesitation offered to give a discount for our stay and gave us another room. We got in our final room and it was a bit dirty and we spotted quite a few live and dead roaches in the drawers and on the floor but it was fully functional. We got into the final room around about 5 o'clock and still had to clean again for the third time. We finished cleaning at about 5:50pm We had plans at 6 o'clock and were late by about 20 minutes because we had to deal with the switching of rooms and cleaning for so long so our evening was completely ruined. By the end of our stay they offered us a discount. We got a whopping 20$ back. Yay, ig.

Honestly I didn’t like it
I expected something else ;broken phone didn’t even have a cord (you never know ,what a bout an emergency and you have no phone)
I had to use some extra plastic bags that I took for trash, did not have a quiet room it was supposed to be a non smoking room and it smelled ,the door was super dirty 😷 I don’t think I will use this again and wifi didn’t even work ,remote control was broken totally sad service

the hotel is right off the freeway so it was convenient to get places. there are also a few restaurants right across the street
the hotel room we stayed in was not cleaned properly. our door for our room was kinda sketchy because it would not close all the way. there was no parking on one of the nights and the attendant didn’t not know where to have me park.

i liked that it was close to everything like stores and fastfood, good location
there were homeless and other people who were selling drugs asking for money going in n out all night long. loud music playing all night, with shouting and yelling. and it seemed as if this was something that happens all the time because they acted as if they owned the hotel so they could do whatever they wanted. i didnt feel safe at all staying there but i had no choice

front desk was wonderful.
rooms were less than dissatisfying. first room had an unsecured door and roof leak had tissue stuffed in it. smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room.

it’s easy to find, right off the freeway. it was clean and the staff was very friendly. They have jacuzzi tub room available, good size.
it’s a little older it definitely needs to be renovated, The door didn’t shut properly it had a gap leading in a draft in our room it was kind of nerve-racking that someone could’ve entered at any time. The room was clean but upon entering had a very strong odor of chemical. everything just looked older but everything was functional. also there are people living on the property and letting there kids running around and it just doesn’t seem like a place to get away.

Nothing at all.
The whole hotel was so run down. The room was very outdated. The ice machine didn't bed was cheap and uncomfortable. I checked in at 11pm after driving 18 hrs and checked out at 7am. Would have been better off sleeping in my van. I specifically choose this location because breakfast was included however upon checking in they said there is no breakfast which was upsetting.

Location
Rooms are not sound proof you can hear next rooms TV & music all night long , Outdated furnitures and lumpy beds , no breakfast with final price but Internet is saying it has breakfast included .
