I would still book this hotel when coming in the area again. Worth the price per night.

The property is in a good location, very convenient. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom looked clean. It’s a good hotel to stay in.

The elevator makes sound while inside, it made us a bit nervous. The 2 concierge personnel were not that friendly, they were not rude tho’, I do understand that when we checked in it’s almost 10pm (it was after the Yankees and LA Angels game), maybe they were tired but still in hospitality field you would expect approachable and friendly people.

I stayed at three hotels on this trip, and the ALO Hotel was the best. I liked the staff's care and attention, the breakfast, and the modern style of the room. Also, the staff informed me about the shuttle's availability to get to Disneyland. It was worth it so much.

Perfect spot for Disney family vacay.

Next to freeway. 5 min from Disneyland. And plenty of food and stores near by.

The breakfast room is super cold. So if you don't eat fast. Your food gets cold fast.

I really liked the rooms very spacious. We also enjoyed the beds very comfortable. Shower pressure and water temperature was great.The wifi was great my kids got to play games online with no issues. I like they served breakfast in the morning and they mixed it up each day.

I think they need to update the hallways it looks very old. Also the doors should be updated they look old and also don't shut very well you have to make sure the door closes behind you. Elevators are very small. The bathroom in the room was also very small. I also think breakfast should be served a bit longer.

Amazing experience. Will be back.

The front desk clerks are so friendly and the cleaning staff are so accommodating and it’s so nice to be greeted by the staff as you’re walking in the door or anywhere through the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was just right. It was delicious and the area was kept clean by the kitchen staff. There was this one lady that I saw twice, (wish I got her name) she was the most friendliest and always greeted me with a beautiful hello and smile. I’m from Hawaii and the entire staff there treated me with the Aloha spirit. Mahalo(thank you)

Wish there was more lighting around the parking area as myself and my friend were women.

This hotel is convenient to freeways, the outlets, the hospital, and getting to downtown Orange. The staff are terrific and make this an inviting place. The gem at this hotel is the on-site restaurant, Anepalco's, that opens at night. It's fantastic and there seemed to be more locals there than guests.

The hotel is clean, it's just a property that is really showing it's age. It needs some serious re-working and/or remodeling before it becomes simply a rundown hotel. This isn't just a cosmetic issue, it's the spackeling of so many areas and items in the hotel room to cover weaknesses that overwhelm the room and one's experience. These kinds of issues are also obvious in the hallways of the hotel. We stayed here several years ago (pre-Pandemic) and were sad to see its decline.
