Don't stay there

Location

Had to change rooms 3 times . Last room the a/c did not cool off room leaked all over. Had to buy a fan . The room was filthy etc. No other rooms available. Had to sleep in a hot box. This is the worst experience and they should be shut down . The room we had was not suppose to be occupied per manager due to the a/c not working. The owner said he would comp our first night due to having to move 3x. Waiting to see the final bill. The 2nd room was a fire hazard , refrigerator and microwave did not work and was plugged into extension that came out of the wall. The floor was filthy, due to the local army base having graduation all the other hotels were booked so we were stuck in a room that was hotter than outside 😳. This was not enjoyable by no means. I will contact whoever I need to to get some compensation for the 3 days of hell.

location is right off Jackson base . very convenient to store , restaurants . easy to commute to freeway. room is nice decoration , comfy bed. good value for what you pay for.

Very disappointed with super 8. Thought it would be better. Will never stay at one again.

Drawer was totally missing. Paint on bathroom door jam gone.. linen had stain. Could see light from under door. The cold faucet leaked .The tub filled up while i took a quick shower. Toilet was loose. Missing screw on light swith cover in the bathroom. Missing light cover on exhaust fan. Night stand looked 50 years old. Finish was worn off. I can go on and on

The staff was very friendly. The location is basically in the middle of everything.

The room was infested with roaches which made me feel very uncomfortable. We were traveling for my mother in law's funeral. The sheet & comforter looked dirty & had burn holes in it. There was a cup left in the microwave from the previous person/people.

The customer service was great and the fact that there was a shopping center directly across the street. Walmart, mexican, Chinese, seafood, you name it.

The room roaches and the comforter had cigarette burns on them.

easy access to ft Jackson

they cancelled my reservation about 20 minutes before arriving despite me notifying them 2 weeks prior I would be arriving after 6pm. there are roaches. people above me sounded like they were throwing furniture around during an altercation and continued the yelling and screaming throughout the night inside and outside the room.

The room was disgusting. Horrid stench of drugs,filthy curtains and linens,broken burnt furniture,blood stains. Shattered glass everywhere outside from cars being broken into,got yelled at for parking car closer to reception for saftey,attendant yelled they get broken into there too so move it. People next door screaming and fight right outside our door...absolute fear for our saftey so we checked out...explained to attendant...ignorant and rude,would do nothing but offer another room. I stated no i was not staying somewhere i did not feel safe. We actually had pocket knives beside us it is that bad.

Quite until blower blew do not disturb sign off door.

Didn't do breakfast running an errand got back too late.

No ice bucket in room, also faintly smelled of cigarette smoke.
