I didn't stay!

They didn't have any clean rooms even at 3:00 p.m. I canceled at the front desk when I called to make sure I wasn't charged the person who answered the phone said they didn't charge me then hung up on me very rude bad customer service!

Heat wave didn’t help, good staff.

Because of the heat wave the room was hot. Afternoon sun had been on the exterior wall and window for hours. I know this is an old property. The old wall unit AC was not up to the task. Once the sun had set the room began to cool and eventually was comfortable enough for some good sleep. On the next night we are staying in another Motel 6 property which is identical and probably built the same year. (I’m a retired building contractor and inspector) These 2 properties need a complete going over but new construction may be a better option if the Motel 6 corporation is looking to the future. We shared the property with some disadvantaged folks living there by the week and I know a low-priced hotel may be their only option for housing. I feel for them. I don’t think my wife will want to stay with you again but she’s not very resilient to such inconveniences. The staff at the front desk were friendly and kind. I’m certain the house keeping employees do the best they can with what they have. Worn surfaces, a big gap and worn weather seal on the front door, flooring coming up in a few places and few amenities reminded me of the age. Motel 6 is a popular choice for budget travelers and those challenged with housing options. I hope you can improve and continue to serve this market. It must be tough in this competitive market. Thanks for leaving the light on for us!

Didn’t sleep at all

Staff was helpful

The room smelled like piss and smoke. Went to the store to buy cleaning supplies. Also neighbors next door had dogs and didn’t let us sleep

Quality hotel, great location.

Good room, very clean, beds were very comfy. Best place so far as we travel north from S. Cali. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station shares parking lot.

Location is good.

Location was the only think that I really liked. Close to all the roadways and highways you need for experiencing the area and/or shopping.

Room wasn't cleaned well, Upstairs neighbor was shifting furniture or something all night.

The mattresses are terrible. They are very soft and loaded with Springs I felt mine almost squished down to the floor when I sat on it. Needs to be replaced

Comfy budget stay

No breakfast, location was convenient to interstate & highway, which is a feature of Motel 6. I’ve stayed in some Motel 6 locations that were quite sketchy, but that was not the case here.

Everything was fine. It is a budget & basic chain, but everything worked fine, the room was clean, & I got everything that was listed.

Clean room, close to everything.

Check in was quick and they even made sure that I had a non-smoking room. I was thankful because I guess I had booked a smoking room. The room was nice and clean. Housekeeping even checked on us our second day to make sure that we had what we needed. The person at check out was very friendly. Keep up the good work.

No coffee pot in the room. They did however have coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Dirty floors Dirty bathroom Hair on bathroom walls and in the bed room smelled like dog and cigarett

The coffee was ok. Location was good. My son was able to drive his rc car in the parking lot

We never got a change of sheets or offered extra towels in the 4 days we were there. There was body hair on the bed on the sheets like they just changed the top sheet and not the bottom sheet. There was body hair in the shower. The pool was dirty. Gross film covered the edges. The chairs were covered in Cobb webs and black widow webs. No relaxing moment there My son' father passed away July 18 so I was trying to give my son a summer vacation and it was horrible.

Glad I chose this lodging.

Room was very clean and updated. All new paint, flooring, furniture and bathroom. The air conditioner worked well but some other of the mode buttons were not readable. No noise from other rooms.

Staff at check in was a little gruff not very friendly did not smile much. But he did his job and was not rude.

the room was at the end so convenient

the air conditioning was very noisy hard to sleep. the bed was to close to the wall on the one side no room to get in and out asked for a non smoking room did not get it but was to tired from traveling to deal with changing it
