Very noisy people in the reception area - talking very loudly from about 4 or 4:30 am. I assume it was staff, but unsure. If it wasn’t staff they should have been told to keep it down.

Hmm wish price didn't randomly go up as I tried to book another night. Did get .uch needed sleep

Friendly staff most of the time. Almost all staff very friendly, but being a cheap hotel they were still nice as they must deal with many lower income people. Room clean maids and .maitance guy very quick and friendly, desk clerks nice but they .ust be used to pep Ople not paying. It's ot the Sheraton or Marriott. But breakfast lady was nice and polite.

I did not like that Google generated a higher price when u went to. Ook another day. Location to airport very vlose.but very far to walk or uber to anything. Complimentary small shuttle to stores close. Double tree offered this within a reasonable distance.

Clean and comfortable but we had a bad experience

The place looked clean from the second you walked in. The rooms and everything looked great.

The water was shut off mid shower without notice. I had soap all over my face and everything. We had to call the front desk and we were told they forgot to call us and let us know. When we called again there was an attitude from the person on the other end and basically was told there was nothing they could do due to an emergency involving the water. So I stayed wet with my eye burning from the soap I wasn't able to get off my face for about 15 -20 min. I got there was an emergency but there was no call or anything even after the fact.

Just atrocious for a place to stay . Motel 6 probably out do this place

I could get better breakfast at 7-11! Boiled eggs was the show? The shower head fell down and almost hit my kid on the head. Not worth the stay !!!!!

Convenient and quiet.

I liked how close to the casino it was and just down the street from the airport as well. And you couldn't hear and noise from airplanes either, even being that close. Thanks.

Excellent value for money

Happy, helpful staff. Spotless clean rooms. Excellent value for money. Early morning breakfasts were arranged and it was no problem. Would certainly recommend.

It was ok but could have been better

The room was a good size. Breakfast was decent but wished there was a non-dairy option for cereal.

The bed was not very comfortable, the sink handle was hard to turn on and off, the bathroom fan did not work, the AC/heater unit was loud. Having to wait for more than 15 minutes for the front desk worker to return after a 5 hour drive to our destination was not ideal.

Nice overnight in Tucson.

The staff were very kind and helpful. It was great to have the destination charger available. But they should advertise these in their listing.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Superb

My room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator in the room. For breakfast, there were hard boiled eggs, waffles, oranges, bagels, toast, and cereal.

The individual soaps were tiny.

unclean towels and bedding. extremely small pillows meant for a child. got locked out and needed key reset. Needs a remodel plus breakfast was very small and packed. not worth the wait for cereal
