Terrible experience, i will never return or recommend this establishment.

Redervation was made 2 weeks previous. Checked in at noon on n day of reservation. By 7pm the room was still not ready. Me and my wife had been waiting in the heat sine noon. Staff would tell us via phone that room was ready but when we would go to the front desk after waiting for over 35min in the line while its scorching hot only to be told the room was in fact not ready. Refund was given an ld we had to return to las vegas with no refund or f travel expenses and a wasted birthday trip for my wife. Never recommend or return to this establishment.

Trip from hell

Location

Too much money, got woke up after being a sleep, they wanted us to move rooms . It was our 50th wedding anniversary. We were supposed to have one room and got a different one and I just had Knee replacement and could not do the stairs very well . It was the trip from hell . I know it wasn’t your fault . Thanks anyway

Superb

The location is perfect right on the water. Everything you need from boat rentals to food Is located on site.

It took 2 hours for me to actually get my room. Check-in was at 4 pm. I arrived early and proceeded with the check-in. Figured I would give them a little time to have everything ready well I didn't get my room until 6pm 2hrs after my check in time it was very frustrating.

Staff is great! The pool is amazing and clean. Love the property and what it had to offer. Loved that there was access straight to the lake.

Hotel room was dirty. Mold in the shower and around the toilet. Carpet didn’t seem like it has been vacuumed in awhile. Did not offer breakfast.

The Turtle Grill. Coffee shop. View was great. Atmosphere was awesome

Room was dirty. Smelled. Smaller than we thought getting. The golf course was a main pull to stay at resort not open was a bummer.

the view from our room was wonderful!

the beds were AWFUL! it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring and when we were checking in they wouldn’t let me use my card that I had on file on booking.com

it’s a nice place to stay if you like swimming, lounging in the pool

The pool is fantastic

we stayed three days and never got our beds made nor did we ever get clean towels. The bar also closes too early.

.The room was tiny, like a cheap motel, NO BATHTUB, asked, to switch to a room with a tub, they wanted to charge me more $$, this room was not worth the high price I paid.will never stay there or reccomend it.

To sum up our stay, we paid top dollar on the off-season and they were working with a skeleton crew.

The swimming pool was the best feature.

The room we stayed in was terribly worn down. Mold in the shower. Ripped up indoor outdoor carpet on the balcony. Super noisy neighbors. We were told that they were going to close that wing down and remodel it. And that we were there in the off-season. No place to eat in the mornings that was suggested that we go into town. I would use the term resort very loosely. There was no cleaning service. Just to name a few things.

Staff and people were really nice

my husband and I were undecided if we should stay there or not after the horrible reviews this place has, but we gave it a try. it was great, of course this hotel isn’t a high quality hotel, we weren’t expecting something like that, but it is not that bad. it was a duck boat derbi and it for sure was the place to be at. It was a popping spot, the staff member were great, really friendly and the people we met at the restaurant were even more friendly.

the shower, it is really outdated.
