I would not recommend the stay to anyone, because of the noise and no breakfast.

The beds and shower were the only good thing about the place.

I didn't like that they did not provide continental breakfast, there were no coffee facilities ( other than the coffee maker in the bathroom, with only one coffee filter). The towels were almost paper thin and only two, (for a double queen bed room). The windows are old and taped because it was cracked.

I will never stay there again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

There wasn't any breakfast

The website stated open pool, breakfast and housekeeping. There was none of that. We stayed 3 day's and 3 nights, and each day I had to ask for towels and washcloths. No one ever cleaned in our room. The couple of people at the desk that I had contact with were rude and unpleasant.

central location to reach Memphis for a fair price (cheaper than memphis directly) parking, wifi everything ok and no problems at all. Close to petrol stations and food. spacious rooms

The okay stay

I like the location and peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The room was neat and clean.

I didn't like the morning before my check out time that the staff was making noise running vacuums in the hallway near my room, calling my room to wake me up right before I check out time to let me know it's time to go 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 and standing down the hallway to watch me leave the room... That pissed me off and I will never go back there again!!!🤬😤

Every time I book with breakfast. on website they have pictures with breakfast, but no breakfast.

It's was no breakfast. But they still have a picture with breakfast online.

Room furniture, cleaning, remodeling.

No hear I’m the room walls were filthy sink was linking when u turn it on underneath beds were dirty and we stayed cold from the time we made it till it was time for us to go this the reason for check out at an early date

I felt comfortable during my long stay here, and the rooms were remarkably clean.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff clearly cared a lot about maintaining a good space. The room was comfortable and spacious. The female front desk person was very kind and helpful. It exceeded my expectations for a truck stop motel in West Memphis, Arkansas, that's for sure.

The wifi was pretty unreliable, and you had to log in every 15 minutes or so. The locking mechanism on the exterior doors wasn't working, so anyone could have entered through one of the side entrances at any time. There was no breakfast.

Could use a touch of comfort in the bedding department.

It was over priced for what you get

Nothing to like per-say, it was just eh, ok.

The blankets were so thin, the edge of the mattress hurt my legs to get in and out of. The shower head was coming out of the wall. And the access door to the hotel in the back was broken so anyone could enter without a card. Not safe.

Not worth the price and would not stay here again

The room was clean. Check-in was easy. Check-out was easy (just had to leave my key in the room).

I booked a king bed room but was given a room with two queen beds and charged extra for it. I felt taken advantage of but was too tired from traveling all day to go and ask about it. My window also faced out to a tractor-trailer reststop with tons of trucks present that were running all night long. It was very loud. Also the beds didn't have proper blankets, just a top sheet and one of those thin coverlets.
