Clean and Comfortable (Minus the Bathroom Door)

It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom door is ridiculous. It’s one of those sliding barn door things. It doesn’t actually cover the opening to the bathroom. Even when closed, there is a 3-inch gap to see in.

The beds were comfortable

The staff did a very poor job and keeping the hotel quiet after 10. It was well after 1am before I could get sleep because guests were screaming and running in the halls. Called the front desk multiple times for nothing to happen.

Superb

Great location. Very nice facilities. Landscaping and grounds were well cared for. Nicely decorated room.

Shower was not terribly clean. Leftover hairs found in shower.

Outstanding facility and v friendly staff

The facility was excellent with an outstanding view.

Chop shop restaurant prices were v high. We looked the menus up before going and ate elsewhere for all meals.

Overall, our stay was wonderful, will recommend to others and will return.

The location was great, easy access to everywhere. The property was beautiful inside and outside was as well. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, I like a little firmer pillow, but my husband liked his. We walked outside around the grounds in the morning, it was beautiful out, and so relaxing to walk along the river. Several places to sit and relax, drink our Starbucks from right inside, that was nice to have that available. We sat beside a beautiful fountain under the trees in the shade on a beautiful patio, very inviting and comfortable. Loved all of our stay. And the AC felt great on such a very hot day!

There was bottled water in our room, but was not complimentary. Would have been a nice touch to have even a couple of bottles of water complimentary.

We wish the hotel were better equipped to cater to the comfort of the individual.

The location was first rate. The restaurant was expensive, but the food was good.I

The rooms could have been better furnished. The only chair in our room w.as a desk chair. There was no armchair, so we could not take advantage of sitting and enjoying the view. In fact the roomwas quite inadequately furnished. Also we could not have break fast as there was no one to serve us. 1I

My only issue is getting a receipt. I asked for one when I checked out, and I was told I would have one via email. I never received it.

Got charged extra, tried to contact the property to figure out what the charge was for and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Nothing was damaged and room was cleaned up!

Lovely room (Patio with table and chairs)

Breakfast as provided as a frequent traveler and was very nice

We were staying Sunday night and there was no reasonable casual food available in the hotel. We picked up a local pizza which was fine as we were tired from 10+ hours on the road.

The staff was very friendly,room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The waterfront room we had didn’t have a very good view. it was more of the pool.

Walking trail. Can go for miles. Just walk south (females ask your husband) along the Missouri river. Easily found from hotel

Typical Marriott. Trying to stiff customers for internet. Enough simple dinner options close.
