Water pouring down from the outlet of the bathroom fan right above the toilet suddenly around 10.30 pm and then the water dripping for at least half an hour and we were not able to use the toilet. The bathroom fan was not operational. When reported this incident to front desk and asked to change room, I was told no other room available. Also told me the maintenance stuff would come to check and make repairs, but no one showed up at all. The manager's attitude to handle this incident was bad because once he knew I had checked out already when I contacted him over the phone one day later ( he was not in the hotel when I checked out ) then he rejected to admit there was water pouring down and leaking in that bathroom even I showed the video recorded on my phone to the front desk stuff in the next morning and the manager was not willing to refund me for that water incident and not willing to resolve this issue.

Modern finishes, parking and ice machine were easy to access. The size of the room was large. The furnishings and lighting were adequate. The TV was a good definition

Disappointing

This is the first hotel that I booked and didn’t just stay and deal with. I requested a non smoking room but the second I walked in, I could smell the musty cigarette smell. I know it well and have a good sense of smell. I went to the desk to let them know I would t be staying because of the smell. They offered to give me another room but I wasn’t going to spend all night trying to find one that didn’t smell. They offered a room on the back side of the building which I turned down because of the sketchy people walking around. The manager? went to the room to make sure I didn’t use anything in the less than ten minutes I was on site and told me he couldn’t smell the cigarette smell. He’s definitely use to the smell then. I was told that I had to ask for a refund through booking.com, which I will, and I left and found another place to stay.

Great room! Good price!

Loved the remodeled room and price. Very nice.

Towels were awful and non smoking room smelled like weed. Maids cleaned rooms with the door open. Flies go in so I had flies to kill when I got there. Refused room service during my stay. Didn't feel like having flies again.

It was dirty…

Looked similar to the pictures online.

Dead mosquitoes smashed all over the walls and ceiling. The floor was so dirty that after taking off shoes, walking over to the bed, then putting feet on bed, you could see dirt and debris on the sheets. I had to brush off my feet and the bed.
