We enjoyed the size of the room and the amount of sitting chairs. We could go out on the Balcony and sip coffee while the late risers slept a little longer. The bathroom is nice as the sink and counter where inside the bathroom so we could brush teeth etc without waking others up. Good staff clean rooms.
The ice machine was too far away and down the hill. The vending machine was near and they could put an ice machine there. other than that I love this place.

Commode didn't work properly. Refrigerator stayed frozen up over priced for this room.
Worst motel ever stayed in.

It was inexpensive.
The bathroom was moldy smelling, or something was moldy smelling so the business decided to mask the smell with heavy duty perfume. It was almost unbearable. If we hadn't been exhausted I'm sure that i could not have slept.

Location was good for my purpose.
Overpriced for an older facility.
Coffee in room with no creamer or sugar packets.
Fine for one night, but don’t think to return next visit.

Nothing
Was not able to check in because I was not 21. I did not know this and did not see any sort of warning while purchasing my hotel room. I still have not gotten my money back.

We had no breakfast at the hotel. We wanted to leave as soon as we could for the horrible smell in our room.
As soon as we opened our room there was a horrible smell of smoke and I don't even know what else. When we mentioned it to the front desk they handed us car freshener spray and told us to spray the carpets.

The staff was very helpful in getting me a cabin for all 12 of us .Every thing went well ,with the exception of our living room TV was not working properly. But I have stayed with them twice .I will be back soon they are a good place to spend a night or two.
Not much on mountain views

Staff very helpful and courteous.
Clean enough but room had a musty odor.

Beds were very comfortable. Even though you are right on the road, very quiet. Really didn't hear any other guests coming or going. Staff was super nice, friendly. Room had good amenities.
A/C unit was damaged. No idea of what setting you have it on. Not sure how well it works. 1st night was warm & uncomfortable. Definitely older and run down. Biggest issue was the stink of stale cigarettes. Sign says no smoking but not enforced or never fumigated & cleaned from when it was allowed.

close to a busy highway; loud.

The property was clean and beds were comfortable. We did ask for a room change hours prior to arrival and the staff made it happen. The pool was nice to have since it was hot. Downtown Boone was 4 mins away so dining was easy. The vibes of Boone are just different. We will definitely visit again.
I liked everything about the property. Even the guest above us were super kind and gave my daughter and I a gift card to Outback :)

A convention store next door so if we needed snacks we could easily access some without having to load everyone in the car.
The occupants in the next room we're so loud they were beating and hitting the walls they were so noisy the walls were paper thin. The pillows were so flat they couldn't be considered pillows and we couldn't get the heat to work at all. Also the refrigerator froze my dinks on the bottom shelf.

I liked the location. And the privacy.
Did not like the fact it smelled like mildew. The stove only had one working burner. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The remote for the tv only worked to turn the volume up. The rest we had to do by hand. We found roaches in our sink the first morning. The only good size bed was a Murphy bed in the living room. But it was broken and we couldnt use it. The woman at the desk was very welcoming. But the woman behind her that was screaming at her child on the phone was a little unprofessional. All in all we had a nice stay. But would not spend that kind of money there again.
