Check in gals were super sweet tho.
Check out lady was super rude. We tried to eat breakfast. And the sign for the restaurant say brunch Sundays 10am-2pm. I went to ask the front desk lady. And her tone was rude. Like I should have known they were closed. I’m not from Watertown. And this is only my second time here. Really makes me question whether to stay again.

The location was fine and easy to get in and out.
There was a wedding party staying there at the time, and they had lots of kids and teens that were up and yelling in the common areas very late and the wee hours. even parents were loud and didn’t try to quiet the children at all. we checked out two days early and charged for all 6.

Room decor and cleanliness was nice.
No WiFi access. Connection was near impossible, and when it did connect it didn’t last long enough to complete any task. Low cell coverage as well
Heater/air conditioner very loud and kicked on too frequently. Also air circulation was lost in the curtains as it billowed them out sending air under the curtains.
No warm food (eggs, bacon, sausage, or waffles).
Noise from the outside corridor made for a lousy 4 nights of sleep.
Over priced for the quality and amenities offered.

The staff
My room sink was backed up and would not drain from the minute I was there did not even offer to put me in a different room. Also my air conditioner was making loud. Noises so I got up and asked for a different room. There hot tub had some gross fungus floating around in it . I asked to have a manager speak to about all this the next day since I was there 2 nights . Ya not a peep from any Manager not 1 ...

.
Noisy, could hear people in the hall. Room smelled bad and the bed was uncomfortable. It had that 1980's vibe and the continental breakfast was oatmeal packs and toast.

Nothing
The carpets were wet and the room smelled musty. The beds were not comfortable, and the room wasn't that clean.

I had dinner in the restaurant which was quite good. It was nice after a long travel day to be able to grab dinner in the hotel and not have to go elsewhere.
Breakfast was nice and there was a good variety.
Television service could be better. I think the service was cable or satellite which didn't have a good variety of movie channels.
3.5
Tastefully, comfortably furnished. Staff were proactive in assisting disabled guest. 24 hour desk staff.
Desk phone wasn't working properly.

staff check in was very unfriendly

good location, nice appearance upon arrival, staff was nice.
very few outlets near the beds. my husband uses a cpap and everyone has electronics to plug in. the cord to fridge is frayed. ac/heater sounds like a semi is in the room with you. no trash can in bathroom. just asking for un-flushable items to be flushed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to answer all of our questions and needs. Rooms were very clean and large. Beds were not the most comfortable but definitely doable. Overall I would stay here again for the price.
Two downsides, one was no elevator and we had quite a bit of bags to take up to our room so that was a downer, but nothing that we couldn't deal with. And two, the beds were not the most comfortable to sleep in, but they weren't to the point that you couldn't sleep in them.
