I credit the front desk staff for working in an uncomfortable situation. If I had not made reservations that were not cancelable at check-in time, I would have opted for another hotel. There were several people on the grass in front of the motel when we arrived, in addition to several across the street, sitting or reclining on the sidewalk. Several tents and old RVs were parked in the lot behind the motel, with shopping carts full of personal belongings. I expressed my discomfort and concern for parking at the motel. The maintenance employee was sent to ask the people to move off the motel property. People walked around the parking lot until after dark. Heavy construction "dump" trucks passed by the back of the motel going and coming from a materials depot during daylight hours.
A safer motel location and environment.

Habitación limpia y tranquila.
Personal muy amable.
Fácil aparcamiento.
Cerca del hotel están y parece que viven algunas personas peculiares, en todo caso nada de lo que preocuparse.

The pool and the waterside as we had our 5 kids with us. It was quiet. The staff were really great. Gave us a later check out so the kids could get in some swim time before we got on the road.Room was huge. Plenty of room for the whole group even had room for the Playpen. Table and chairs. And a pull out couch. Other room wasn't as big but still pretty spacious. Even had a chair. Overall was a great one night stay with kiddos.
Our door leading to the outside didn't have a door handle on the inside so we had to walk around and open it from the outside if we wanted to bring things in and out of our room to our vehicle. Breakfast was just cereal toast yogurt or mini muffins anything warm would have been great. The homeless encampment made me uncomfortable with having children especially when I person saw multiple drug deals happen in a matter of a few minutes just across the street. Nothing you can do tho so not really bad on the hotel. Just a thing to look out for I guess. Only other thing was no hottub to relax in just the one pool.

The location, next to Warm House.

The pool was a lot of fun with the water slide, however it is pretty small and got overcrowded fast. The room wasn't bad, but very basic.
The anti-slip mat in the bath tub was lifting and underneath was NOT clean. The kitchen was under construction so the only thing available for breakfast was cereal and mini muffins. When we went to go swimming, there were no towels, so I told the lady at the front counter. She brought in 4 towels, and a group of kids came in and used them before we were done. The stay was not worth the cost. I should have stayed with the other hotel without the waterside for half the cost.
There were homeless people sitting/laying around and there are tents popped up all over the place across the street.

Did not have breakfast just coffee , felt like everything needed a good cleaning.
Pics show it being nice and reviews say it is clean this is not so , bathrooms need a good scrubbing, carpets are dirty,

staff were great and very accommodating since I was having surgery and needed a ground floor room. room was clean and comfortable.
right across from what looked like a shelter of some kind. folks were noisy upstairs
3.6
Would not stay because it was so unsafe.
Left because there were wall to wall people living in tents and broke down trailers all around. Did not feel safe

Our room was very nice and clean and large!!! I really liked it had an outside door so we just backed up to it, opened the door and rolled our luggage into the room and our car was right there during the night!!!
Breakfast only exist by name. Very poor selection compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip!!! We are at the McDonald's next door. This was the only hotel we had to eat breakfast somewhere else.
Another downside is while it's only 2 floors it doesn't have an elevator or an easy way to get your luggage to a room on 2nd floor. Thankfully the clerk was able to switch is to a first floor room!!!!

My rating would be 0 in terms of recommending to stay here. There is an itinerant community settled in right across the street from the front entrance. There were drunk(?) people yelling when we were unloading. We were extremely uncomfortable in the parking lot. I couldn’t turn my headlights on without lighting up all of them, which felt weird. There was at least one person in the hotel that walked past several times and watched us load up. I’m not sure if he were a guest or not. I basically let my child swim, had him change clothes in the room, and checked out 2 hours after checking in the same night because I felt so unsafe. Also having no elevator available to use for getting to upper level was very inconvenient.

The hotel was fine. and the front desk person was friendly.
The location is next to an emergency shelter. When we arrived there were people partying next door, a man riding a go cart through the parking lot and multiple tents all along the street. There was also a Rv with the contents spilling out onto the lawn. No one who lived at the shelter interacted with us, but it was overwhelming driving into the parking lot with all of the action surrounding us. There is a door access to all of the rooms on the ground floor, but due to the location of the hotel they are unavailable for use. Only the front door is available.

It was clean.
People were living on the street beside the motel.

Nothing
Homeless camp on 2 sides of building. Room old, AC did not work, hair dryer looks original to building

The location is awful it homeless people with tents and campers right across the road . we also had the front desk give our room to 2 guys who walked in on me and my 16 yr old daughter when my husband had run to the gas station. It scared my daughter to death luckily the guys was very nice but could hv been a really bad situation.
in above explanation

The waterslide was great
No elevator and we were on 2nd floor. There were at least 15 homeless people outside. Not what I thought at all
3.6
Kids liked the slide. The person on reception, I think it was Ethan? Was extremely helpful and friendly

The room was spacious, fairly clean, beds were comfortable. We had a small fridge in the room, as well as a coffee maker. Even though we didn't get to try or use it, that slide in the indoor pool looked great. Pool maintenance seemed to happen every day.
Breakfast was not great. Small selection, very basic, nothing warm, no waffles. We have been to places that charged less and had a much better selection. Bathroom could need some remodeling, especially the tub could need resurfacing. Also be aware that there are a lot of homeless who live in trailers in front of the hotel right on the street, and behind the hotel in tents. Our car was safe though.

Staff was friendly and pool slide was good.
Located next to homeless shelter/camp! This became a safety issue. My wanted to go for a walk like she often does. She had to call me because there was a homeless man waiting on her to return.
3.6
Nice big room.
Not the hotels fault, homeless people were laying near front parking lot. No body was rude but did make me uncomfortable taking my dogs out.
3.6
No elevator. Across from homeless shelter.
3.6
Room was clean and very quiet
Breakfast was adequate, lackluster

I did not check in. I drove to the property, which on three sides was surrounded by homeless encampments, including 10-15 people across the street from the main entrance. I had a bunch of stuff in my pickup, and did not feel it would be secure. I dont blame the hotel, I fault the city of Bozeman.
3.6
access was good. staff was awesome
The breakfast, if you can, call it that, sucked! Couple slices of toast, English muffin, and frozen donuts. Next time, don’t even advertise that you include breakfast with your stay. Absolutely sucked!!!
3.6
The kids had fun on the slide
Could hear people walking in their room/the hall. Breakfast didn't have many options, it was expensive for the hotel quality
3.6
strong smell of pot in the hallway on Friday afternoon. We had a sudden change of itinerary and left. We asked about any credit but none available. No explanation given for the pot odor.
3.6
Breakfast was ok.
No eggs

It was better than sleeping in my car. The waterslide was cool.
That hotel is Motel 6 status for $260. I could feel lumps under the old carpet, room was tiny, tv outdated, and no hot breakfast. I get the kitchen was down and I dont mind all those features when the price is appropriate. But $260? I'll never stay there again.

For a stay with pets, this was incredibly convenient for us. We skied at Bridger Bowl and also went to a show at The Elm. Location for those places was great. There is a bit of a homeless presence there so be careful with your belongings and make sure you lock your car and place valuables in your room.
Just the homeless folks milling around the parking lot.

The motel was good and most of the staff was nice. Nice pool. The door going outside was hard to close and we left for one day and the outside door was open. Thankfully nobody went in.
When I got my bank statement I got over charged and there was one extra charge. I called the motel and talked to the manager and she was very rude and said that their records were right and said to take it up with my bank and hung up on me.
