I enjoyed the stay after I made minor fixes to enjoy my stay. I hate there wasn't a pool. But over

I never made it to breakfast

My room had a lot of roaches, j treated the room myself. The security lock on my door was totally broken off, I called the front desk and they came to fix it

Good price if you just need a bed and a shower.

Great location with a gas station next door, and lots of food options in the area. I found the bed very comfortable.

I felt like an inconvenience to the staff on arrival and departure. The water treatment plant was about a block away.

Not the best but okay for one night.

Bathroom was okay.

Looked crusty, mattress was thin bare sheets did not fit mattress, the air conditioning put out a musty smell and didn’t cool very well, 1/4 the ceiling was obviously replastered and was not a very good job of it, no hair dryer.

It was close to the parks we needed to go to for ball but the rooms could have been more clean and they could have said online that there pool was not open

Very convenient to Top Trails and the interstate. Great location next to Racetrack and Waffle House.

The location

The dirty shower, drain was not attached. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and the shower was so slick, we could barely stay in it without a chair. The toilet also stopped up multiple times. The Mattresses were so disgusting that we probably wouldn't have slept in the bed if we had noticed this first. Also there are not enough plug ins For.a small family, we have too many items that need to be charged and couldn't keep up with charging due to this.

Good price for a room that sleeps four.

The parking lot was very close to the room. The room was on the ground floor. The two queen beds were appreciated. The competition offered only double beds. Plenty of parking. (did not like the high speed vehicles; scary when going between car and room.

The one sink in the room had a plugged or sluggish P-trap. Drainage took a while. Probably because people put solids down the sink instead of in the toilet. The refrigerator & microwave was originally directly under the very small clothes hanger rack, about half the width of a normal room for four. We had to move the refrigerator & microwave from under the clothes rack. When we did, there was a lot of dirt. Front desk did not have a broom until 10 am when housekeeping started work. We used the little one from our car to clean up the mess under & behind the refrigerator. Toilet was uncomfortably low and difficult to get up from. Would be just right for small children.

cheap for obvious reasons

The good thing about this property is it is only a couple blocks away from the interstate so you can make a quick exit. Also the room was generally pretty clean

This property is in dire need of a remodel and the staff is unfriendly. The A/C unit screeched throughout the night, the walls were stained with unidentifiable liquids, the bathroom light fixture was loosely attached to the wall, the shower head wobbled from side to side when turned on. There was only one visible outlet in the entire room, and it was next to the sink. The mattress was 8 metal springs wrapped in loose fabric and the frame was somehow too large for a king bed. which when you think about it; that should not be possible. Anyway, this led to metal bars sticking out about 3 or 4 inches on either side of the bed at shin height. You can probably guess what happened repeatedly due to this oversight. Not to mention the deadbolt on my door did not latch and the bathroom door did not fully close. The staff only provided me with one key so when I inevitably locked myself out of my room and went to Victoria at the front desk and asked her to let me in she reacted as though I brutally murdered her dog right in front of her. Needless to say I did not enjoy my stay.

Very unsatisfied and I will not be staying there again.

The beds were uncomfortable and there was dust and most importantly before it was even time for me to turn in my hotel key someone used a key to walk in the room.

Rude employee, the room wasn’t cleaned! Someone’s body hair was still on the side of the tub!! The sheets were covered in dirt.
