Pretty Satisfied

The design of the room and the comfortable layout.

Just what we were in need of for our stay in town.

Fast easy check in... In the courtyard to accommodate my service animal, professional and polite staff.

Front desk just needed a smile and it would have been a flawless stay.

Room was very clean and tidy. Housekeeping is very professional and welcoming. Front desk staff is helpful and welcoming as well !

One thing that I would improve though are the mattresses in this room because they're very worn out already and are a bit uncomfortable especially for someone with a hurt back.

For 1 night stay

Location where I needed to be close with family. Price was good. Friendly front desk.

Bed was hard and not able to sleep comfortable and I had made reservations for a Queen bed and got a full (called from desk and they couldn't do nothing about it). I noticed floor was not swept well had previous customers hairs on floor and bath tub

The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The WiFi in the back dose not work neither did the phone in the room. Also hot water sometimes goes off.

Flies in the room hair on the sheets, one large towel. Floor unswept , cable went out then later power went out and maintenance took hours to break into a locked room in the middle of the night staff was also all rt outside my door talking loud and swearing using hammers and drills!! I was booked for the following day also I had already voiced my concerns about the cleanliness of the room to two different desks clerks but when I returned from working my room had received zero cleaning nor turndown services, I was told that the General manager was on site yesterday and would come speak with me. That didn't happen and my attempts to call the desk went unanswered

I do appreciate the effort you gave me

I was comfortable the front desk was very nice and helpful he tried her best to help me there was a issue with the plumbing maybe the previous renter of the room stopped up the toilet so water flooded all over the bathroom I had to change rooms I busted my eye on the closet shelf she had to get me a ice pack that part of the experience was pretty uncomfortable painful but she did the best she could other than that I have no complaints thank you very much

I like that the girl at the front desk tried her best to attend to meet thank you

The maids are very kind and respectful.. Very helpful and understanding .. Would recommend this motel 6 to my co-workers .
