Pleasant

Had trouble with the door couldn't get it open without a pull, here,and push there and a lift up and a push the door opens. You know it you told me how to open it, so just fix it

it was a last minute booking and the value was good

the value was good the room were dated but they looked like they might be in the process of updating. The bathroom in the room we were on had recently been updated

The actual room could use an update The beds were not that great and for a king bed a couple of extra pillows would have been great

I always stay here because it’s convenient and quiet

The room was clean. The outlets worked. Although we did not use any of the appliances, they seemed to be in good working condition. The lobby was clean and customer service was great.

Even though the room said it was a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking inside the room. The ice machine did not seem to be working properly. The bed was a little stiff but otherwise comfortable. The pillows were on the flimsy side and could have used a couple more.

Yeah it's cheap...

I think the only thing to like here was the price.. and the cable selection.

What didn't I like....Literally everything. The beds are like box springs on filing cabinets. The windows are so thin you could hear a fart from 3 doors down. It said it offered breakfast but it doesn't. I guess I could eat these pancake for pillows. All I want is some coffee after the 5 hours of terrible sleep I got.

I felt unsafe and couldn't sleep dur

There was a room available.

Couldn't lock the chain inside room. Refrigerator made a horrible noise. Had to hunt for switch to turn on heat.

Clean, simple, comfortable, friendly.

Very easy to get around by car from location.

Office/lobby was so smelly (mixture of curry and body odor) that it was hard to stay in there for long. In the room, I had to prop shoes on top of the A/C and lean them onto the bottom of the curtains to keep it from blowing the curtains up.

it was a 3 star rating. I can not see how it was more than a one star. I would have expected this would be worth about 1

it was close to the road we were traveling.

The bed was uncomfortable! the pillows worn out and hard. only 2 towels and no coffee maker.

Probably won't stay here again.

The price and location was great if you are staying 1 night, We come to Franklin once a year to visit family. This place was only 2 miles from our family's house.

We stayed for 4 nights. They only clean your room every other day. Then you just get fresh towels. They didn't empty the trash and we had to go ask for more towels because they only give you 2. We had 4 people in our room. It would have been nice if they would have come in each day to at make the bed along with the fresh towels.

Nice for a night or two if you are not expecting anything other than an OK place to sleep.

It was OK for the rate. The room had everything we needed.

It was fine, but ou had to know that it is a mid-level place.
