Spend the extra money and find something better unless you want to be grossed out!!

Absolutely nothing! Staff was friendly so that was a plus!

EVERYTHING! Idk if we had a long term guest room, but our room was trash! Holes everywhere cockroaches pillows didn’t even have covers on them burn holes on the curtains. We were in the second level and our window opened and did not even have a screen. Whole hotel smelled like weeks and cigarettes! The people next to us had a party the night we needed to be up early for my son’s graduation from the military! As soon as you walk in the first thing you spot are the nasty stained box springs on the beds, plaster falling off the walls, the door to the bathroom was not level and was hard to close and when you finally did get it closed there was about a 2 in ch gap opening from the latch down to the ground.

I felt like it was a hotel full of illegal activities

Nothing really

Pool was not working. People stand the entrance and exits smoking. Cracks in tub. Bugs in the room. Front was not always attendant you had to wait for someone to come. TV didn't work in one of the rooms. Rooms were on a different floor.

Absolutely nothing

It was non smoking but the rooms and hallways smelled like smoke. The bed sheets looked nasty, the beds were not comfortable.

I love my room the beds was good the hot water in the shower gets really hot ..I love the housekeeper ladies always say good morning and smile the pool always clean the the lady at the front desk was wondering

I want all my money tf back !!!! I had more photos but I deleted em to add storage

So I had to change my room three times and once the morning manager had left the night one came. And I had to switch again because of bugs and stains. I asked if I could get a refund she told me she’s have to tell the morning manager but I’d for sure get my money back. The room was 70 dollars. Once the morning rolled around I told the morning manger what the young lady who works nights told me. And she says “well we can’t give you a full refund just 14 dollars back. And that’s exactly what they did gave me 14 dollars back out of 70 and I drove 16 hours from Kansas. Weird asf I swear.

Poor establishment

The front entrance was clean

Their were roaches everywhere I couldn't sleep at all I move to three rooms because their were really nasty I would never stay at this hotel ever again

Housekeepers are very nice it was a few places that I didn't know where to go to eat and I can't remember the person's name but he helped me out.

Very good

It was a good stay one of my dogs got loose and one of the staff notes help me catch him he gets wild sometimes a Great Dane and he loves to run

At this point I am done with the elevator so I am used to using the stairs

The beds were comfortable

I stayed in room 130 and the heat wasn't working. No elevator. Stayed on Friday night Nov. 4th and had to take a room on the 2nd floor. I am walking with a walker and carrying a few things. Some very nice people helped me get up the stairs with my stuff and to my room. The next morning a maintance guy carried the stuff down fir me
