It was a good price for a one night stay.

No vent in bathroom, showers head didn’t work on different settings, everything was so low in bathroom.

Adequate.

Bonnie at the desk was excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. The halls and elevator was clean. Great location.

The tub was filthy, the shower rod was loose... and falling off.....the furniture was old. Loud obnoxious guests on the same floor smoking pot and being loud. Fridge froze everything.

The stay was what I needed & expected at a reasonable price.

The breakfast was good. Similar to other hotels that offer complimentary breakfasts. The location was easily accessable from the highway which was what I needed.

Whereas the breakfast was good, it was very carbohydrate heavy and very low protein. As a diabetic it wasn't a good meal for me, however my husband liked it.

Bit pricey! No Jacuzzi, dirty looking pool, no beverage or food allowed.

Couldn't get checked in at an earlier time since we traveled from NW Iowa. Was tired and with early check out could have been cheaper rate.

I like how the staff look after me so well, they apologize for the pool being out but that ok I still had a great time.

There was No ATM machine I had to go 20 minutes away just to take care of something, I could have done it right there and you need cash to buy things in the hotel like pop and chips . You need to put an ATM in the lobby somewhere

Consistently a Nice Place

We stay here more than any other hotel in Cedar Rapids. They have everything we like.

The pool hours are a bit short. Other than that, we have no complaints.

The location was very convenient. The hotel made sure our two rooms were right next to each other (traveling with daughter and grandkids). The breakfast was fine. The kids loved having hot waffles. The rooms were comfortable the hotel was quiet.

Bright Spots with some bad spots

We've stayed at this property multiple times over the last four years. Always well managed and nice. The property is well maintained as much as the management.

We did have some issues with several families opening the outside door to the pool and drinking for hours on end while their teenage children were allowed to run amok in the pool. Trying to dump the recliners in the water, throwing footballs and balls with serious velocity around little children, and throwing pool towels into the pool and snapping them at others. This roving band of juvenile delinquents were in the pool area, and the parking lots. The parents were not concerned in the least.

Nice, clean and quiet. Close to shopping and dining by Collins Rd. Nice and friendly staff. Easy access to I-380.

The TV was a little dated.
