The staff were super friendly and helpful. Very courteous.
The facility needs some work. The stairs heading up to the second floor were damaged and a tripping hazard. The rooms seemed dirty and needed a lot of work. Stains on walls, floors, bathroom fixtures. Holes in the wall, overall cleanliness was sub par at best. Bedroom linens questionable along with towels.

it’s close to the shopping area
you can tell they are renovating which is a good thing. However, there were holes in the walls the sheets has stains on them. The parking lot was so small there was barely anywhere to park.

Lady at front desk was nice.
Used washcloth on shower curtain. Shower had hairs in it. Bathroom had stains and looked dirty. Bed you could feel and hear every spring. Outside of microwave and fridge dirty. People from another room kept smoking pot and it kept coming in our room.

The location was great everything was at hand reach from shopping great dining
The view was terrible, carpet and chairs needed to be cleaned, the carpet borders were coming off the walls, the electrical sockets had wire exposed. The shower head was taped. The handle from the shower was coming out the wall and the other was leaking.. The bed had a bad slant to it so they had more pillows to cover that, then the ceiling was dirty from the vent blowing out black dirt or whatever it was from not changing their filter which also was going on the bed since the bed was right under the vent.

There were people in cars/trucks sitting in the parking lot loudly idling for 15 mins-to half hour until 2:40 am. Woman coming and going also in various vehicles
The woman in the next room was out on a chair in the walkway at 4:15 am talking on speaker having a loud conversation for about 45 mins. I opened the door and asked her to please keep it down.
Loud music coming from under my room for hours.
After driving over 6 hours to get to Griffin for a stressful family issue, and checking in late, I went to my room. The tub had hair in it-sink faucets were rusted. I didn’t dare use the microwave or refrigerator! What sleep I got was on top of the bed.
I have never had such a stressful night-actually scared to sleep.
I couldn’t find anyone at the office at 6 when I was leaving so I left as I needed to get on the road. I didn’t get the email for check out til after 9-and since I was driving didn’t see it for hours. I could not find the check out button! The person that checked me in was robotic, uninterested, and cold. She was in slippers !
