A great stay overall and stay there again! The experience with the receptionist was the worst start!

The layout of the room! The modern style of the room making it feel more updated! It was also a well priced room! The location of the property and how quiet it was on the grounds! Restaurants and gas stations are very accessible!

The receptionist in the lobby, upon my check in was extremely rude, and dismissive of of me! The toilet wouldn’t flush! And there not being a refrigerator!

Just the shower pressure

Lady had boyfriend on speaker phone cussing at check in. They get away with giving full beds for queen pricing, needles in the parking lot by where we walked our two dogs (the guy at checkout asked of it was exactly where we found it, so obviously letting people who work there live on site is proving to be a problem, wood paneling from something laying by sink, people slamming doors all night long! We left far before checkout.

Not exactly what I expected.

It was clean and the stuff was friendly for the most part

I booked a one queen bed room, I got a double full size bed room. The room looked nothing like the room on the site where I booked it.

It's cheap for a reason

Price was very low

Right next to a very busy and loud highway. Thin walls. Absolutely freezing in there despite the heater running because the doorway was drafty. Several unsavory guests nearby being loud and loitering.

Bad

No stay, booked over a month in advance,then was called by motel at 1130am on day of check in to be informed they did not have our room requested and they canceled by motel

Waiting until the day of check in to inform me they didn't have my room available. Should have called me atleast 2 weeks prior to inform me.

Devil in the details

Updated rooms were very new. Was close to restaurants and local markets. Pillows were new and fluffy!

The details wifi was terrible. Sink water pressure was like a firehose splatters everywhere if you weren't extra careful. Bed was kinda hard. Had a stink bug i had to remove from the ceiling.

Managers were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, present! In addition to coffee in the morning, they had tea bags available. As a tea drinker, I get ignored frequently! They also had a list of the tv channels available which was super helpful.

Pillows were too thin and soft.

Everytime we pass through , we stop at this hotel! The staff so friendly and rooms are clean and beds so comfy! I really appreciate paying for a room extra cute ! This is why I always stop at this exact hotel!

Couldn't wait to leave.

No breakfast available, only coffee in lobby

Booked a non smoking room, horrible smell. Cigarette butts all over the sidewalk and parking lot. Dirty door to bathroom. Very unkept appearance.

Very clean. Very quiet. Pet friendly. Great Area behind parking lot to walk ur dog..

Very friendly staff! Decent accomodations

We were put in a pets-allowed room with my service dog (makes sense) and the room smelled like a hamster cage. It was overpowering. We aired out the room for several hours and the condition improved, but there was no screen on the windows which made it impossible to do this without getting bugs in the room.
