I loved the room and how peaceful and quiet the hotel is. The bed and shower were especially wonderful. The coffee was fresh and delicious. I loved the deluxe king room facing the pool area; it was a lovely view.
I was disappointed to find the restaurant closed. I had been looking forward to biscuits and gravy, as I've gone to the restaurant inside the Ramada many times. Since it is closed down, I do think the hotel should offer a continental breakfast for guests.

It was by the University.
It was old. The elevator was an “add on”. I’m sure it was great in its day, but the restaurant wasn’t a part of the hotel, the “spa & beauty services” were never open. Right next door there was a motel that advertised rooms to rent for $65 a day or by the week. I’m not sure you can get over some of these deficiencies, like that.
The inside of the rooms were tile floors. The bedding looked like they didn’t want to invest in new bedding. The dust ruffle was off on both queen beds (it didn’t line up with the bed like it was supposed to. There was no comforter (I understand some hotels getting away from for cleanliness, but this looked lacking and since my opinion was asked, I’m giving it)
The courtyard ambiance was nice, but the room prices are pretty high for all going against it! I don’t think I would return or recommend it and definitely not at this price point!

It’s an old fashioned hotel with a beautiful courtyard.
There was a domestic disturbance at midnight with a visit from the police. There were numerous homeless people all around hotel.

A unique hotel with nice, comfortable rooms. The hotel interior is in the old-style design. A rare experience. My room was quiet and clean. You can sleep very well in these enormous beds with good mattresses. There is a restaurant at the hotel; however, it is not open during lunch hours.
The toilet flush did not work properly sometimes.

The charm of the old hotel.
The air conditioner woke us up at midnight making very loud noises. We called the staff. They turned it off, but were hot the remainder of the night. We both had medical equipment in the room, which made it impossible to move. The manager comped us 20% which was too low.

The staff was exceptional. They immediately recognized a problem and offered compensation.
I had written confirmation of an ADA accessible room which was not honoured. The bathroom I was assigned was unusable for me. I was given a full refund in apology.

Nothing
The room was dirty and plumbing was horrible! Toilet overflowed and I was charged a cleaning fee because they have horrible plumbing! Immediately went to report the overflowing toilet and the night manager started accusing me of breaking the toilet and wanted to argue instead of correcting the issue. Was charged a cleaning fee for an outdated toilet and their plumbing problem throughout the whole hotel. If I would have seen all the other reviews about this horrible hotel I would have never booked here!

The room was dirty and had blood stains on the outdated curtains. My daughter was afraid that someone was murdered in this room. The plumbing was horrible and we couldn't get the shower to stay at one temperature. The toilet would stay running for 5 minutes after you flushed it. The ceiling had mold and the room stunk like death which didn't help me try to keep my child comfortable. The bathtub was so lopsided that you have to hold the bar to be safe the whole time your in the shower. Would not recommend this hotel to someone I disliked! Do not waste your money. You'd have a safer stay at The Overlook from The Shining🫣

Room was really clean. Bed was So comfortable! Pool was clean and warm. Food at the restaurant was really good and not over priced. Staff was friendly and helpful.
It would be nice to have longer pool hours. The pool was why we choose the Ramada. 9am to 9pm would be nice.
