I will never stay at a Country Inn suites again. The worst experience I've ever had!

The King room with the whirlpool/jacuzzi was damaged & dirty. Night staff was very unhelpful. We had to move to another room because we were told they didn't have another similar room with whirlpool/jacuzzi but found out they actually had another room a floor below us.

Decent for price. Friendly staff

Staff super friendly. Room was rather large. Bigger than I expected.

It's very dated. In need of serious repairs. The pool was slimy and freezing, could use a heater. Hot tub jets didn't work. Rooms have a lot of wear and tear.

It was cool but won’t be staying again

The pool and spa in the room was cool

We had people knocking on our door early in the morning not a regular knock but literally banging on the door before 11am that was very ghetto

Staff had little or not intentions of helping . Except for one person he was super nice.

There was only one staff personnel that was nice , helpful, and share ideas with us for our trip

Tub pain was coming off , carpets were dirty . Breakfast was not the best , and there was a homeless man sleeping at the smoking area, by pound. About 6 ft from our room. That exit wasn’t lock.

I like that the area was quiet but parking was hard to find specially if you a nighter .

they were few issues but the most annoying was I had to go ask for them to open my door so many times because my key nob would not work each time I tried using it and I was giving so many ways to try for it to open instead of them fixing it or move me, I didn’t pay all this money to fight myself in a room.

It’s alright.

I liked how close it was to the boardwalk.

The part I didn’t like is that during my 7 night stay, no one came to clean my room, no clean sheets, no fresh towels. Nothing was done at all during my stay. I ended up cleaning my own room and getting my own towels everyday. They should’ve deducted that from my total.

Overall good place to stay. But I will weigh my options next time due to parking, food options etc.

Food costs were high. I’ve never paid 45 dollars for a pork chop in my life. Pork is one of the lower priced cuts and fingerling potatoes aren’t that pricey. Pizza appeared to be a frozen meal and I refused my salmon dinner due to it being over cooked and the rice was clump starved and plate over was served cold. They were very gracious and removed it from the bill.

Charging 50 DOLLARS. A night for parking raised my costs by 30% more than advertised room rate. I saw no mention of that on the order process. Predatory kind of.

Very friendly staff. Bed very comfy. Clean room.

Floors in hallways not vacuumed. Trash around outside of building. Outdoor furniture looked very shabby.
