Good location
Breakfast skimpy. Juice, coffee and a few pastries. Outside of building a bit rundown looking. Facilities older. Room seemed pretty clean. Fresh towels everyday. No phone service to reach desk. Did have wifi.

I got bit by something in bed and broke out all over my face and ended up having to go the clinic!!

The bed was not made up daily. Never changed the sheets.
Heating provision was not very good. Window unit that also airconditioned. Not good at heating the room uniformily.
Floor was cold, tile.
4.0
The room looks cheap, with a really beaten up chair. The wifi was sporadic. The price was high for a cheap motel like that, but i think their excuse was there was a KU game in town.

Bed was very comfortable
No bag for dirty clothes

price of room was good.
All doors open to the outside.

It was a quiet little inn. I enjoyed my stay there.

Clean, comfy, relaxed, secure, great price, friendly, superior staff, and absolutely love the ramps to upper floors. Plenty of close parking spaces, and there are many dining options nearby. Great location.
It’s an older property, showing its age. Continental breakfast is good at the price, but not great. Have gladly returned as a customer.

Check in quick easy. Pleasant staff. Location easy to find . Close to stores . Bathroom clean.
Older building, fixtures old, carpet worn. Low budget motel.

Clean room. Bed was comfortable. Room had most amenities(fridge, microwave, hair dryer, coffee pot, iron, etc). Clean shower and bathroom. Good price overall.

rooms were large and clean and look nicer than the outside of the building
saw an air conditioner but no way to heat the room

It is constant with the price, however it's getting very warn and dated, breakfast bananas and 2 once pastries.
I coveted that

I was not able to partake in the breakfast. I had to depart to early.

clean,
It was really expensive - $275/night

The room was partially remodeled, with new vanity and sink, and tile floor. All staff we encountered were very friendly.
The walls and doors needed to be repainted. Two lampshades were damaged, and outlet covers were missing. The room was $175 per night. It would have been overpriced at $100. We selected the room because it was the least expensive room available that weekend. Had we known what the room was like, we would have paid more for a nice hotel. We recently traveled to Boston and paid less per night for a large two-room suite.

Location.
Run down motel needing work. Major remodeling not necessarily required. Just some attention by the owners to how a guest would feel staying in a room. Spend a night pretending to be a guest. Take a look around and the things to do would be clear.

Extremely clean! Super nice people working there! Literally next door to gas station, 1/2 mile to grocery store and sonic.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated.
From the outside it looks run down but the room was good.

Great people! Was very happy to see us, Easy stop off for one night stay.😁

Best experience was the staff and the service we were given while checking in and getting the room setup. Room was really clean and there were plenty of towels for a 'jacuzzi' room. Easily accessible to most restaurants and down town were the action is.
Older establishment could use a little touching up.
