Excellent location for visiting Ft. Huachuca

We really appreciated having water available at all times in the lobby. The decor was cute and appropriate for the location. It was also nice that the bathroom wasn't right next to the bed. Having a full size fridge was great!

The furniture seemed a tad dated. We saw little bugs a couple times but it could just be an Arizona thing and we tracked them in with us. As a vegetarian, I would have appreciated more hot non-meat options for breakfast.

A nice room and property

Nice clean and updated rooms. The suite had a small kitchen with refrigerator and stove and a few utensils, pots, pans, etc. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast offered was pretty good in comparison to some of the other facilities we have stayed at. Friendly and efficient staff. Good location, right next to the main gate at Fort Huachuca and Tombstone West Brewery on the other side. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub but it looked like a good amenity.

Upon arrival we were told our room was cancelled by Booking.com. Booking did not inform us of this. Luckily a room was available.

I will stay there again.

Curtis the desk clerk was very helpful and nice. He fixed my cable as it wasn’t working properly when I arrived.

Available Breakfast was a little light. There was a sign to go to the desk to ask.

Very comfortable place to stay!

We are repeat visitors. The staff is always friendly and have always done their best to put us in a quiet section of the property (per our request) and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The free breakfast, free sodas and the amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy.

Attractive building, facility; accessible location.

Some of the furnishings are worn, tired. Towels were rough, like grade 3 sandpaper. Pillows were like stones.

Exceptional value

Full size refrigerator and better than average TV. Housekeeping varied from day-to-day but ranged from typical to above average compared to other hotels.

The WiFi was quite slow. There's a strange smell in the hotel, probably some combination of chemical cleaning products and outgassing from the industrial carpets or other fixtures. The staff is probably so accustomed to it they don't notice it anymore.

Grandson visit for spring break.

The breakfast in the morning and soup and salad in the evening were nice.

The floor in the entry way/ kitchen needed a good scrubbing.

Love the service! In this day and age it was so nice.to have hot delicious soup for guests. After a long days travel how nice to not have to go find something to eat.

There is nothing to dislike about this motel. We have stayed in their sister motel and felt the same.

Excellent hotel

Excellent and convenient location. Rooms/bathrooms were spacious and clean and had a nice kitchenette. Very nice staff. We stayed on a Thursday night, so we were able to eat the complimentary soup and salad for dinner. You also get a couple of complimentary drinks. The hot breakfast was quite good and had eggs/sausage/potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and the usual carb-laden fare :) The building is well-made and was therefore, quiet. We would stay here again!

The mattresses were not so comfortable. Prefer cotton to microfiber sheets. Bath towels very small and scratchy. Biggest downside was that our fridge was super noisy when the compressor was running. Had to wear earplugs to sleep just because of that.

Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend

Great location, easy in easy out, rooms were nicely appointed. Clean and comfy. Staff was courteous and respectful. We communicated that we had a pet with us. They placed us first level right by the back exit. Made it very easy.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable also very clean.

Breakfast was lacking, no fresh fruit and items not replenished unless desk person was notified. Toiletries could be a little better.
