Perfect location and perfect place. You have to own a not too big car to fit in the parking place.

I recently stayed for three weeks at this VRBO and it was great! The place itself has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Maria was great prior to check in, day of check in and during my stay.
The location cannot be beat you are short walk away from everything Otranto has to offer. There is mercato (market) across the street which supplies just about everything you need. Next to that is a macelleria (butcher shop) if you are looking to cook at home.
The beach and the boardwalk are a short two minute walk in addition to numerous restaurants, cafe's/bars etc. The location cannot be beat!
The flat has plenty of space, plus a balcony, all the cooking supplies you need and a washing machine with a drying rack on the balcony.
When, not if, we return to Otranto I will be coordinating with Maria to stay again!

We stayed 2 months in Otranto at this unit. The location was superb with easy access to Otranto’s old town, boardwalk, and beaches. The unit was well supplied with everything you would need for a stay, although for a longer stay the kitchen counter area was a bit small. Having a garage to park in is highly recommended in Otranto. The garage was underground the apartment complex and gated. The apartment complex was a bit noisy, mostly because of a dog that lived there and barked day and night. The host contacted the building manager on our behalf and hopefully the situation will be rectified soon. With a longer stay we did have a few things that needed addressed and the host Maria was super responsive and easy to work with.

Esperienza fantastica
Abbiamo trascorso sette giorni in quest’appartamento molto spazioso, luminoso e talmente fresco che non abbiamo avvertito la necessità di utilizzare il condizionatore. Lo spazio esterno permette di fare comodamente colazione. Tutte le camere sono arredate con gusto ed erano pulite e pronte all’uso, con letti comodissimi. La cucina si presenta ben accessoriata ed organizzata. La sua posizione centrale, molto ben servita dai negozi ed a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, ha reso la presenza del garage provvidenziale! La proprietaria, molto cordiale e riservata, ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa nostra. Esperienza fantastica che non vediamo l’ora di ripetere l’anno prossimo! A presto

Vicinissimo a tutto
Appartamento comodo per posizione e per il suo garage ( per auto medio/piccole) da rivedere un po' la rete del letto matrimoniale e un po' di manutenzione generale. Comunque ci ritornerò sicuramente. Proprietari presenti per qualsiasi problema.

C'è tutto.. la casa è ben attrezzata, in ogni sua parte, solo il materasso del letto matrimoniale credo andrebbe sostituito.
A disposizione vi è anche il garage sotto l'abitazione, che è fondamentale trovandosi la casa in centro. bella esperienza e bella vacanza.

Una bella vacanza
Siamo stati benissimo. Ottima posizione, praticamente a 50mt dal centro. La casa si presenta bene, classica casa vacanze..unica cosina consiglierei alla sig.ra di rifinire un pochino la situazione. Ci sono state delle piccole cose che erano rotte o comunque mal messe; ad esempio l’anta della doccia non si chiedeva bene, solo forzandola riusciva a completare la corsa. Il doccino non si fissava bene al gancio nella barra.
Il letto matrimoniale, formato da due letti singoli, direi che sarebbe da sostituire in quanto dormendo alle estremità si aveva la tendenza a “cadere” verso il centro. Avendo noi un neonato, facendolo dormire in mezzo a noi era praticamente sempre nel buco tra i due letti singoli. La lavatrice non funziona correttamente, seppure effettua il lavaggio sembra non lavare i capi e non centrifuga. Spero che il tutto venga inteso come un consiglio, non come altro. Per il resto tutto perfetto, la signora gentilissima e super disponibile.

Sehr zentrale Lage, fairer Preis
Unser Aufenthalt in Otranto war sehr schön. Es ist eine schöne Stadt und die Ferienwohnung ist schön am Stadtrand gelegen. Die Vermieterin kann sehr gut deutsch und ist super freundlich. Die Garage ist sehr praktisch, da man sich das Parkplatz Suchen spart. Für unseren Kleinwagen hat es sehr gut gepasst.
Am Wochenende ist die Straße auch am späteren Abend gut befahren, weshalb es sich anbietet zum Schlafen das Zimmer zum Innenhof zu verwenden..;)
Insgesamt eine sehr nette Wohnung und gute Ausgangslage um den südlichen Bereich Apulliens zu erkunden oder einfach am Strand zu relaxen.

Appartamento molto curato e vicinissimo al mare
Trascorrere le vacanze in questo appartamento ha reso la nostra vacanza ad Otranto molto rilassante. Ad accoglierci ci aspettava la proprietaria molto gentile e discreta che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, fornendoci preziosi consigli sulla zona e venendo incontro ad alcune nostre esigenze particolari. L'appartamento era molto curato e pulito, arredato secondo la tipica tradizione salentina ed è fornito di tutti i confort descritti nell'annuncio. Posizionato in pieno centro, bisogna fare pochissimi passi a piedi per ritrovarsi nella splendida spiaggia Otrantina e nel centro storico. Qualsiasi servizio sta a pochissima distanza, questo ci ha permesso di lasciare parcheggiata l'auto nel garage a disposizione dell'appartamento. Consigliatissimo, torneremo appena possibile!

Tolle Lage in Otranto
Solide ausgestattete Fewo direkt am Rande der Altstadt für einen super Preis, kein WLAN. Parken auf der Straße oder in der Tiefgarage (kleine Autos) möglich. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin Maria.
Otranto ist einen Besuch wert, in der Nebensaison war es die richtige Wahl, weil außerhalb die Saison wirklich zu Ende ist. Otranto bietet neben der sehenswerten Altstadt schöne Läden, Strände und Gastronomie. Uns hat es gefallen!

Eine hübsche Unterkunft ideal gelegen
Wir haben die 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Maria Gracia sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist zentral, nahe des Strandes, der Lokale und der Altstadt gelegen und in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig. In der FeWo fanden wir alles, was wir zum Kochen brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Bad ist etwas klein, verfügt aber über eine Waschmaschine, die wir gern benutzten. Frau Maria Gracia hat uns sehr nett empfangen und gab uns die ersten Informationen über Otranto und die Umgebung.
In die Garage passte auch unser Mietwagen, ein Ford Focus Kombi. Das Ein- und Ausparken verlangte zwar etwas Geschick, aber es ging ohne Kratzer.
Wir danken Frau Maria Gracia für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und empfehlen uneingeschränkt ihre Ferienwohnung in Otranto, in der vier Personen problemlos Platz haben.

Host gentile ma appartamento non curato, tubi termosifoni a vista pericolosi per bimbi. Sporco,interno armadio bagno inutilizzabile per lo sporco,tubo doccia fissato con busta di plastica,biancheria da camera "consumata dal tempo". Letto scomodissimo.Non tutte le luci funzionavano. Posizione strategica e box ma è l unica cosa che si salva.
Cassetti non apribili perché senza maniglie. Cucina piena di detersivi ma unta. Parere personale: non capisco cosa c è di lussuoso.Molto rumoroso.

Zentral gelegene ordentliche Ferienwohnung
Ganz kurzer Wege zu Supermarkt und Gasstätten, sowie zur malerischen Altstadt, zeichnen das Quartier aus. Die ausgezeichnet deutsch sprechende Vermieterin hilft bei allen Fragen. Die Garage im Keller ist nur für relativ kleine Autos geeignet.

Ottimo appartamento nel centro di Otranto
Appartamento come da foto, centralissimo, attrezzato perfettamente per un soggiorno anche prolungato, ben tenuto, silenzioso e climatizzato. Il letto forse un po' troppo morbido, ma è un gusto del tutto personale. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ci ha indicato tutti i punti per la spesa, cosa vedere, cosa fare. Nel complesso esperienza positiva, da consigliare. Noi eravamo in due, ma l'appartamento può ospitare quattro persone, disponendo di due camere. Come ciliegina, il posto macchina al chiuso, utilissimo per chi come noi viaggia in moto.

L'appartamento rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione offerta nell'annuncio, arredato con gusto, provvisto di una cucina ben organizzata, molto ampio e fresco. Accoglienza molto cordiale dopo un lungo viaggio, tutte le camere erano pulite e pronte all'uso. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale, abbiamo trascorso un periodo di totale relax, raggiungendo tutto ciò che ci occorreva senza l'uso dell'automobile, in quanto anche la spiaggia è veramente vicinissima.

Città stupenda, la casa è in una posizione perfetta, praticamente in centro a due passi dal lungomare. Interni ben tenuti con arredamenti nuovi, comodissimo il box auto. La proprietaria? Splendida! Spero di tornarci l'estate prossima.
