Overall great stay not sure why it has a two star rating. I would give it a four

Good location, restaurants, casinos, Starbucks all within walking distance

Just like everywhere else tweekers and homeless outside, but we’re quickly ushered off property by staff

Just what we needed the night before our flight home.

Breakfast was excellent! Great variety at the buffet with lots of hot items.

The decore is old and out of date however still in good shape.

My son said "this is the best sleep I've ever had at a hotel"

I actually was able to sleep, this is particularly hard for me in hotels as thin walls are typical. One thing I have liked about Red Lions is good insulation typically brick construction so its nice and quiet. Thanks

The guy that checked me in charged me twice, I think he needs a little more training. The lady I called to and fix it has a wonderful voice though and handled it that day which I appreciated, most hotels take a week or so.

Disappointing

When we were checked in the staff was great, they were warm and friendly, honestly, the lady that checked us in was the friendliest I have ever met.

When we booked we asked for extra blankets and pillows, on both rooms, and we did not recieve them. Then we called and asked for them and received 1 blanket for the 2 rooms, and repeated calls were ignored. Once again, a hotel that advertises a hot tub, yet, they know it doesn't work and hasn't worked for a long time. I have seen one place have a note about the hot tub being out of order, so it can be done. No towels for us staying a total of 4 nights.

Was nice clean...just the pool was the not so good wasn’t open

Everything was good cept the pool was closed and that was the main reason we stayed there was so my son can swim but that didn’t happen other then that was good nice clean and bees was good

Disappointing

We have stayed at the Red Lion in Kalispell for years before an early morning flight out of Glacier Airport. There was always free parking and shuttle service to and from the airport. With this new ownership there is no longer free parking and they charged me $15 per day to park in their empty parking lot. There was no mention of new parking policy on their web site, it I knew of the change I would not have booked with them. I gave my information about the return shuttle and had to reaffirm all information twice while I was on my trip. There are better deals elsewhere.

Disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and have been happy but the property is in need of a reno.

The location is central and has free parking and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the pool and the courtyard is nice.

We have stayed here in the past but haven’t been for a few years. I remember it being clean and quite nice, we were surprised to see that it’s become a bit run down since then. The hallways were dark and dingy. The carpet in our room seemed grubby and in need of cleaning. Bathroom was small. Towels were small and scratchy. Beds were listed as queens but seem to be only a bit larger than a double.

Friendly staff. Please take some care for them.

The staff was friendly!

Fix the ice machine. Fix the exhaust fan in the the bathroom. Could really use carpet cleaned and maybe updated. There was a huge nasty stain in the hallway. Better drapes to close out light. Toilet need to be able to flush better and taller.

comfortable rooms, good location, cute decor, would stay again.

long long hallways with stairs/elevators an strange nonconvenient locations. Not centralized to the lobby even. no direction on where they were either, we circled the first floor for what felt like forever till we found it. Made getting our things in and out of our room a pain.

It is in a great location w/friendly staff & comfortable. Pricey for cleanliness of rooms/pool.

The room was quiet; the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms and pool could be better. The breakfast was poorly done. There was very few choices—especially a little later in the breakfast time.
