The outdated bed comforters.

The location was great
It was really dated. Not that I’m up on my current trends…but felt old. In style for the sheets and decor. Wasn’t like the room I reserved…Mountain View wasn’t where we were placed.
6.0
Lovely location, very picturesque. Close to various attractions. Property has charm.
Rooms could use updating a little dated.
7.0
Great location! Great breakfast for the price! Great staff!
8.0
The room had enough beds for our family without having to share or use the couch. Loved that we heard nothing from any of the other rooms. Loved the shuttle to the mountain. Surprised to see jacuzzi tub.
Pub was only open on Friday and Saturday nights but, that is not advertised. Also disappointed that the info for the Inn said nothing about pool accessibility. We looked specifically for this but, did not bring suits because nothing was mentioned. When we arrived, we were given the Freedom passes which gave access to a pool. Also disappointed that many of the places we wanted to go were only open Fri-Sun and we were there (late on) Sun-Tues so could not partake. Also, discounts on the Freedom pass are only for specific nights.

location
dust in the room
horrible choices for continental breakfast; next day paid for breakfast in restaurant instead and it was dry, flavorless, almost seemed like it was reheated in microwave versus coooked to order
large group took over hotel
food in town square was mediocre at best

Breakfast was very basic. Wifi was slow.

The continental breakfast was not very good.

beautiful location close to village and ski area
large groups of school tours were there for our stay. meant common areas were virtually unusable and extremely noisy in late evening (we have youngish kids who were trying sleep

It was conviently located next to the "town" center. the shuttle to the mountain was great.
Twin size beds were terrible for the older teens. The facility had common areas which people took advantage of but lacked courtesy. The other guests left their room doors open and ran back and forth from their rooms to the common area completely taking over the common area. It was extremely loud and the staff didn't seem to care.

staff was so nice and friendly
5.0
The common areas were cozy, and we enjoyed playing family board games in front of the fire.
I had enjoyed staying here as a kid and wanted to share the experience with my own family. I don't think anything in our room had been updated in many years. The wall unit heater came on every few minutes all night and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The room smelled strongly of (dog?) urine, which was really gross. The continental breakfast area was cleaned out with few remaining options both days when we came downstairs around 8 AM.

Coffee good. Quiet thru the week. Busy on weekends. Nice location.
Room not serviced.

The property is amazing! It is right next door to the town square and shops. The backyard is a beautiful stream with trees.
The rooms are severely outdated and the comforter is a freaking joke. It’s one of those polyester thin itchy comforters that you’d find in a Motel 6 or Super 8.

Despite how outdated everything was, it was very clean. The people there were also extremely nice and helpful.
Outdated!!! They still use keys for the rooms, the entire establishment looks like the same as when I was there in the 90s, and the continental breakfast..... awful. It wasn't even breakfast ... I am gluten free and there were no options. There should have been more information regarding how that changed and that you cannot have eggs and pancakes as it looked online. Also, because everything was so outdated, my rooms fridge was wood panel and LOUD. The bed creaked CONSTANTLY. We were there for one night but ... I don't know if I would spend that much again for what we were provided.
