Wouldn’t ever stay there again

Location wasn’t too bad, right off interstate.

Very dirty, bad smell, uncomfortable, rude staff, felt unsafe. Went to get something out of my car around 11PM and there were a bunch of people just standing around on in bicycles right outside room, and by our vehicle, they stayed out there for an hour and were very loud, had to call front desk to get them to ask them to leave. There were 3 of us, only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, asked for one more of each and they threw a fit about it.

Everything! The location is very ghetto. The rooms are very nasty and don’t look like the picture at all FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! It was stains on the pillow casing and sheets and there were bugs in my room I wasn’t comfortable or happy with they stay at all.

That it was super close to the entrance ramp to the highway. The staff was kind and courteous.

Paid for a room with a jet tub. Tub was dirty and when the jets turned on large black object projected from the tub. I will not book here again.

Accommodations are not handicap/disabilitiy friendly...

The staff was friendly and room temperature was comfortable.

They appear to not accommodate for the handicap. True enough, I didn't request or notify in advance that my daughter was paraplegic, however they appeared not to even make an effort for accommodations. If this were the case & they did, maybe I would feel a tiny bit better and have a little more understanding. As a result I had to make a very risky attempt to get my daughter and her wheelchair up approximately 25 -30 stairs just so we wouldn't be charged and still have no place to sleep for the night. In looking around, other than a handicap parking spot at the office, it's my belief they are not in complete accordance with the states ADA laws.

I will never recommend American Best Inn

No breakfast was served due to Covid restrictions.

The room was super hot and uncomfortable, walls were dirty, and towels, long hair in the tub.

Bed bugs. I am allergic to thier bites. The first toom didnt have ac, the second one was dirty, the fridge was nasty, the microwave didn't work. It was 1 am so we just to sleep. I asked them to refund my money due to the bed bugs and was told they would after they got pest co trol and they found d evidence of bugs. I found the bugs and took pictures. He refused to look at my pictures. I will be calling a lawyer.
