The location.
It was dirty. It had roaches. It smelled in the room of stale cigarette smoke. The bedding and flooring had cigarette burns on them. It was disgusting!!

I did not see any bugs inside the building
The interior once you get beyond the front desk was out dated and not clean. The exterior of the room door had a dried blood smear and the door handle was broken. Inside the room, a hole had been patched in the bathroom and was not painted to match the wall color, the toilet paper holder was broken and there was stuff on the wall by the trash can that should have been cleaned off. The bed sheets were not clean, there were paw prints on the sheets and the room smelled terrible like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

The bed was clean and comfortable for a night on the road. Nice lobby area.
The bathroom floor had something like dust or debris on it. It was dirty exactly, but needed to be swept. Hallways need updated with new carpet. This is also one of those hotels you book on Booking.com and it doesn’t say they charge a deposit to your card which is held for 3-5 business days.

Close to where I needed to be all day
Older building. Rooms very basic. No pool. The dining area was closed so got handed brown paper bags with breakfast . One elevator very slow. I had some sorts of tiny bugs crawling up the cord and all around my alarm clock the first night. Sprayed them with alcohol and did not touch clock afterwards

Good size room, comfortable beds. Free coffee 24/7 and coffee facilities in room. Cable TV. Refrigerator and Microwave. Breakfast wasn't good.
Poor breakfast.

Location was good
The front desk clerk required a photocopy of my drivers license. I asked why and he said it was 'policy' for any out of country guests. The payment terminal did not work so he entered my Credit Card info manually. They now have a copy of my id and my credit card info. I asked it I could get the photocopy of my id back at checkout and he said no despite my stated concerns about possible identity fraud.

I liked the bed. Breakfast was a grab bag and I didn't like that. It was clean. I had to wait to check in when I checked in. I feel it should be at least 2 people working at all times as I was exhausted from work.
You could had a hot breakfast because some of what was in the bag I don't eat or drink. Lack of choices for us customers.

Nice bed close to everything.
Need of repairs to ceiling. Detected smoke smell in bathroom, but not requiring moving to other room. Front desk appollogetic and offered another room. Assured we would not be fined smoking fee.

Good for the price
Bathroom and heater were noisy

It's a very good property to stay for your family trip or business trip. Every thing (room, breakfast, clean...) are very good - exceed my expectation for the price. The friendly front desk (receptionist) impressed me too.
The elevator is too old to service customers if the property welcome more people to stay and return to stay.

Staff were fabulous and responsive
We booked this for our anniversary. The parking lot was unsafe, the lights from Costco blared through poorly fitted curtains all night into our eyes, there were pet stains or human stains on floors and furniture, and the jacuzzi tub blasted black mold and debris once the jets were turned on.
Free breakfast was totally cold served in a paper bag.
We left the next morning and requested a refund and got most of it. It ruined our special occasion.

it was clean and the staff where very helpful and kind! it was close to the highway and a good place to stay to break up a long drive!
0.5 / 5.0
this is a very large hotel near the highway entrance. It’s totally overpriced.
The building is in terrible condition. My room had an old fire proof door I could hardly open. The elevator was totally worn out. I liked nothing about paying $95 for one night.
3.0 / 5.0
The hotel was able to accommodate my dogs for only an additional $10/ per pet / night which is very reasonable. They have a grass area with bags and trash for pets. The hotel location was fantastic, avoids traffic but is directly beside highway for easy access.
The breakfast is handed in a bag, it includes a yogurt, apple, muffin, water, and very small egg and cheese wrap. The problem aside from having to eat breakfast in our room, is that this is very wasteful. Most people probably don’t eat half of that and it would be better to display the breakfast to choose which we pick. With that said, the lobby is extremely small.
