Enjoyed the beach access and view beds were comfortable

The location and the view

The furniture was very dirty needed shampooing or replacing The carpet was dirty There wasn’t any decent skillets only had one small cast iron skillet There was no broom or dustpan The blind was broken in front bedroom These complaints were turned in to Vacasa and they said they would get in touch with me they never did!! The hot water. Didn’t work half of my stay This unit needs to be upgraded before renting again!!!

It was amazing and the view was incredible!

The view and how clean it was. All of the furniture was comfy too. The brown leather chair with the ottoman was 10/10. The pillows on the bed were nice and thick with comfy mattress. Spacious master shower. It’s so close to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook. Just bring food! We had a great time!

The elevators didn’t have any air conditioning at all. It was really stuffy especially in 93 degree weather but thankfully it was a fast elevator.

Excellent value for location and was homey feeling!

The layout was perfect! Well stocked with necessities of a normal home and I can’t forget to mention the view of the ocean was perfect!

The only negative I have to say is that unloading was a challenge from the parking area. Although there are carts available at the elevator it was a walk to and from.

No fue para nada placentera mi estancia en ese apartamento.

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal es amable

La habitación era muy antigua y no estaba en buenas condiciones,la higiene tampoco era buena, los muebles estaban sucios y en general todo el apartamento olía mal.Durante la estancia nunca fue ningún personal de limpieza y tampoco dejaron suficientes artículos de aseo como papel higiénico, gel de ducha etcétera. No tome fotos de la habitación porque no quiero ser Picky pero pueden comprobar q es cierto solo con entrar,( Edificio 2 apartamento 218).

Absolutely breathtaking

Loved that we had our own balcony on the board walk to the beach and pool. Very comfy and beach like feel inside the apartment. Spacious and was a wonderful experience!

Nice place to stay Bad unit 371

The location was great away from prime time traffic. It's a little bit difficult to get to but well worth the trip

Well, first of all, the wifi didn't work Add to fix it. And the door handle was messed up couldn't get in the unit. Our last day there we went to go wash clothes and found out that the watch machine was broke. When to go, wash the dishes to clean up. And the sink was leaking All on the floor so you couldn't use the dishwasher. So basically everything we got the unit for didn't work.

We had a great time and the kids got to see the ocean for the first time.

I like it was no hassle to access the room or leave to go back home. I also like they had beech stuff to use while we were there. Overall a very good experience.

Didn't realize it was on the 7th floor my wife was scared of hieghts. The room was a bit dated could use some updating.

I liked the location right at the beach.

I feel that the unit could use a little updating. It was clean enough. It was ok for what we done with it. Was a little inconvenient with the elevator going out of service after our first day.

Alright place to stay for good location but overall not worth the price

Easy beach access, good location close to lots of shopping and restaurants

Needs lots of renovations and updating. Many appliances were either broken, cracked or old. Very close to pool which was very load at times. Back patio door did not lock from outside

The view from the balcony was expected beautiful.

Only the sofa the one in the corner is the one is very dirty, not good for the room.

Pleasant

I loved how close it was to the beach. The pools always had very rowdy kids so it took fun away from mine. The room does need a lot of updating and cleaners need to double check the dishes before putting them away. I did have to hand was most of them that we used. also double check under everything like couches and stuff because there was a passy under the couch. I also didn't like how dim all the lights were. I get there curtains but opening them also adds heat in the house. It also kept me on edge being able to hear everything outside after we all laid down but that's not really anyone's fault. This was my first time ever booking a vacation and I was very confused on the room we got and the one I thought I was getting(could have been my fault) but this room was not advertised during the time and pictures I had actually planned on booking. Over all the room was very homey, we were comfortable. And the short walk to the beach was amazing. Thank you for our stay. We really had a great time. It was the first vacation we've took as a family in 6 years so thank you !!

Like the location but disappointed with the condo

How close it was to the water location.

Cleanliness of the condo and the shape it was in. Called Saturday afternoon about the refrigerator had water leaking on the shelves and nobody came to check on it all week.

Won’t pick this location again can get the same view somewhere nicer

The view was nice and the pool

Not a fan… the beds were hard as a rock. Most the lights were burned out. Coffee make broken. Toaster broken. Carpet nasty. Needs a lot of work

Worst unit ever! Do not stay at 371 mainsail photos listed were not the same! Bait and switch

Super private beautiful beach

The unit was old ugly run down needs remodeling and new furniture toilets we’re barely flushing kitchen was old and ugly coffee pot broken I could go on and on.

The apartment was not like the picture shows, cleanliness was poor. some of the chairs outside were broken, wifi didn't work, we have to wait for technical support, trash compactor never worked, there was pubic hair in the master bathroom.

Best beach experience ever

i absolutely loved this stay! it was out first time at this beach and the place made it amazing. I loved the homey feel and how cute it was decorated. it was nice and cool temperature wise, great when coming off the beach

Horrible stay, asked for a relocation.

When booking this property through booking.com I was shown different pictures than what I checked into. I was highly disappointed with what was given to me. The room smelled like dogs and cigarettes. There was carpet from the 90s, I’m sure. Everything was outdated. The room code only worked sometimes. I was under the impression I was getting a pullout bed from the couch because that’s what the details for the room said. I did not get that. Everything about this rental was horrible!!! It also says “Mainsail 1” but I was put at Mainsail 3. I’m not sure if this is booking.com’s fault or Vacasa, but I wouldn’t recommend this rental to anyone.

We love our vacation, needs better parking my mom is 88 and my transit doesn't fit garage.

Location and the view, needs flooring updated vinyl flooring would be a bonus. Toaster doesn't work needs updates .but happy there .🥰😎

Updated flooring need carpet gone , more stuff to cook with. Would be nice replace toaster , elevator got stuck on different floors 2 times the called the fire department to get us out .🙄

All in all we really had a great time and enjoyed our time there.

We loved that it was close to the beach and had a decent view of the ocean. The bathrooms and kitchen area was clean as were the bedrooms.

I didn't like that the room was cleaned and ready but we were unable to access it before the 4:00 timer lock on the door. Also the carpets were terribly dirty with soiled spots all over and it felt crunchy when you walked on it. I wore my bedroom slippers the entire time while leaving my regular shoes by the door as directed. also it seemed no one spoke English we tried to ask for trash bags and not one of the cleaning staff understood English?? Also one night the Hispanic population commanderied the swimming pool area, all the grills and the hot tub for a fiesta I guess and no one else was able to enjoy the space for several hours
