The location was great. As was the view.
The apartment was clean. But the housekeeper missed some items near the hot tub. And we could not get hot water.

Location and beds were great.
Cleanliness could be better.
The shower was terrible and the top of the fridge is very dirty.

We thought Ocean view meant on the beach its not on the beach. But the house was still nice and comfy and the jacuzzi was nice . The kitchen was great. And we'd stay there again 8 on a 10 scale.
Not much Just that the only Ocean View is from the upstairs bedroom . When you say Ocean view it usually means from the main floor.

Staff was friendly, let us park early so we could walk down to the beach and wait for check in.
There is no ocean view unless you crouch in the loft window at the right time of day.
Big tub! With other people's hair in it.
11:00 check out, 11am someone knocking on our door to get out.

Comfortable and great location
It was very nice 😊

Location was great, just a few blocks from Haystack Rock.
We are both in our 70's and there was no mention of it being a second floor accommodation. We likely would not have booked with that knowledge. Also the bathroom sink drain was really slow. It needs to be snaked.

The location & decor was perfect. The Maintenance man was fantastic.
The outside lights by the front door & balcony didn’t work, the twin sleeping pads bedding was full of dog hair, dust was on everything, the jetted tub’s stopper was broke, one of the complimentary body washes was already open & bulbs were out in the track lighting system.

Too expensive

The suite was exceptionally light, clean, and well cared for and includes a fully stocked kitchen. The ocean is visible from the balcony. The host went out of her way to help me navigate check-in and ensure we had everything we needed.
I was under the impression at booking that there was a queen bed and two twin beds. The twin "beds" were actually twin size sleeping pads with one set of king sheets to put on both pads. The misunderstanding was most likely due to booking.com and not the host as featured pictures include pictures from all of the suites, and each suite is significantly different.

Breakfast was not included. There was a coffee pot and the appropriate filters and a nice amount of dishes for what we needed. The linens were nice and the folding table in the closet was perfect for what we needed.
I wished there was a lid for the sauce pan - such a small thing. And we wondered where we would eat in the room at first until I found the folding table.

Convenient location.
Beware the listing photos. They are from all the available rooms on the lot and are unlikely to reflect what you actually rent. Ours was an upstairs studio apartment, a single room with a big, huge jacuzzi in the middle (for which there was inadequate hot water to fill), a couple of uncomfortable chairs, and a peek-a-view of the ocean over the rooftops of the development you're on the edge of. There's lots of neighbor noise with the windows open, often late into the night. The Booking.com confirmation letter suggested that we'd check in with an onsite manager. We had no idea where to go or where our cottage was, which wasn't the cottage in the photos. It's self-check in only, and when I did reach someone to tell me how to find our place (in Arizona!), she said booking.com often doesn't send the confirmation email with the real check in info, key code and wifi code (which was relatively slow), which she then did. The price reflected high season on the coast during a time when everyone is starving to travel, and it's the most I've ever paid for a night's sleep in my life. If I ever pay that much again, I want a real luxury experience.

It was a cut property close to the beach
The mattress was super cheap. For $400 a night, I’d expect something a little better. I own a furniture store so I know mattresses. This is a starter mattress that’s super cheap. Again, for $400 a night I’d expect a better mattress.

The chairs upstairs by the window are an awesome place to sip a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is an ocean view downstairs as well.
Upstairs, even with the window open and the fan on was a bit warm, and you had to watch hitting your head on the sloped ceiling and your step on the stairs and small step down into the kitchen

Location and set up. Cute. Really set up for two. No couch just two recliner chairs. But very relaxing. The jacuzzi tub actually stayed hot to fill. One bathroom on main level. One block from beach.
Carpets and rug smell like they are due for a deep clean. and dishes left in dish washer for the price, feel it shouldn’t have been so much. Stinky hotel room ran way cheaper. Id expect it of them.

Only 2 wicker chairs.
