I really like the hotel scenery. The neighborhood has lots of stores to shop, and the staff was very friendly.

All needed amenities in a small space for a low price.
Shower/bathroom space next to front door is tight and inconvenient, but doable if you're just looking for a low budget room.

For the money It was a good deal, like a super 8

It was very quiet nobody bothered us
There was a draft so the temperature of the room was chilly unless you left the heater on all night and the heater would get up to the certain temperature and then shut off and then within 2 minutes or so of the draft the room was cold in the here to kick back on so we had listened to that all night and the fan and the bathroom didn't work

The bathtub could be updated. Carpeting was musty. One black bug on bathroom floor.

Nothing
The main doors remained open to the outdoors all day all night. It was dirty with stains on the furniture. The carpets were worn out and dirty. The room smelled dirty. I asked for a refund and was refused. I did not complete my 3 night stay only stayed one night. Now I’m out almost $400 and had to find lodging elsewhere and pay additional.

coffee machine & coffee in room since free breakfast cancelled due to covid would of wished they restocked for second day
bed was not made and no support/handicap handle to get in and out of shower wish tv reception better, but with storm sunday direct tv did not work for most stations and abc the only station with news and updates had good voice but very bad picture lucky I know Maine geography so I knew how to route myself home
6.0 / 10.0
Bed seemed clean
was able to park the vehicle very close
got a reservation shortly before check in
did have one coffee in the room
Breakfast and coffee canceled "due to covid". Other hotels have that all open now
Bathroom could use some updating
broken shelf by the sink was hanging off the wall. I didn't need it but it should be repaired or removed
Check in seemed to take a while. Had to stand out side and give him my card and license, then he disappeared for a while

The only thing I “liked” was they had a vacant room below $200, for 1 person.
While in Augusta, I checked on Booking and all properties were $289 or higher, up to over $400😱, but this one showed up at $145+/- in Waterville, 12 miles back from the direction I came. When I checked in I asked about any breakfast service and was “grumped on” by the manager/owner?? and he went on about COVID and nobody is serving breakfasts…😡 I simply replied that others WERE serving something, even if it was a hard boiled egg, bottle of water, and packaged muffin. The security doors were held open with door stops and when asked about that, he said they will be closed at midnight. They weren’t closed when I got up at 1am. Don’t get me wrong… I slept all night and woke up refreshed as one would expect, and the place was clean. Staff with a friendly attitude can go a long way toward overlooking high prices and lack of services. Lack of friendliness is definitely evident here.
No where on my next 7 days, did I experience such an inadequate place for an overpriced facility. Even a Fairfield Inn in Keene NH was only $159 and the room was amazing and they served a hot breakfast and some “take along on the road” items. Another example was Willows Motel, North Adams MA, was a small mom/pop place with 20+/- rooms and served a gourmet fruit & berry buffet for $85 a night, along with good coffee, cereal items, and toasting items too.
