Didn't stay cause of argument over pet fee...never had stayed in a hotel with a pet fee

Extra 75$ pet fee if anything should be a deposit

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in

There was nothing about this place we liked. The staff was extremely rude. If this facility does not give us our money back we are contacting our attorneys. The rooms smelled so bad. Extremely dirty. We also found 2 bed bugs in both of our rooms!!!

The dirtiness. The beds. All around the rooms they are so disgusting! The whole facility is gross.

Disgusted and won’t recommend booking.com

NOTHING IT WAS DISGUSTING AND I TOOK PICTURES WHICH I WILL BE POSTING PLUS I FOUND ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY AT! You all should be ashame for even having that site on your site!!! Extremely upset was there for funeral and then dealt with that place and staff was horrible!!!!

Wonderful, especially when it was an unscheduled stop.

We were traveling to New York. The hotel exceed our expectations. Enjoyed the breakfast and the way the area was set up.

Should install a pet bag dispenser in the behind the hotel, not everyone walked their pet out front.

I got ripped off

The breakfast was just cereal and waffles. And the location was in a bad part of the city.

The place was a dump. There was dirt all over the carpeting. The place was just a dump. I will never use booking.com again. We booked a no smoking room and there was cigarette smell in the room. I went down and complained and the desk man said I’ll give you an air freshener.

I love the separate room with the hot tub it makes it really nice to relax

I wish the hot tub room would have one king bed instead of two doubles it would make the room so perfect

I was disappointed in the facility itself. It seems that Days Inn standards are not what they used to be. Not pointing to anything specific. This is just not what I have been used to from Days Inn.

We arrived at night - after a long, exhausting day of traveling and had already paid for this room.

We did not have any breakfast - we wanted to leave asap

The facility was old and very dirty. Wires hang down from the ceiling throughout the hallways. Elevator call buttons were held to the wall by tape. Furniture and carpet were stained in the lobby and in the room. Amenities consisted of one small sliver of soap to be used in both the sink and tub. Towels were small and very thin but clean.

Room was fair. Will not consider staying there again.

When reservations were made I was told we would have a smoking room. Hotel had no smoking rooms period. TV remote only worked to change channels and volume. Remote was not programmed for TV.

Good coffee stale muffins quiet

Don’t like paying $25 for my dog when kids are free. Dog is better behaved than many children.Lobby area a little shabby and off putting but room was decent.

Complimentary breakfast was a joke. You had a choice of making a waffle or 1 type of Cereal. One guest in the breakfast area had brought in his own box of cereal. No hand soap in the bathroom.
