Never again

The location was close to the airport.

It smelled bad when I walked in, I was charged an additional fee they called a refundable deposit after I had already paid in full online, there was an actual hooker (prostitute) in the lobby, they did not have an elevator to the second floor and when I asked about that, the concierge said the buildings over 80 years old and that’s why they didn’t have an elevator, there was mold in the bathroom. They overbooked people causing a bottleneck in the lobby, resulting in a hostile situation. I did not get refunded my refundable deposit.

I didn’t even stay and never got my refund back

Nothing, I didn’t like anything about it.

Someone was already in my room when I got there, somehow the key to their room opened the room I was supposed to be staying in. Once everything transferred over I got a different room. The floor was dirty, the shower head was rusty and there was mold in the shower, plus hairs in the shower curtain. One of the pillows had a blood stain. I called the front desk and requested a refund, I didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there with my kids. They told me a manager was not there that I would need to call the next day. I left the keys at the front desk and left in hopes I would get a refund back. I had to go find a different hotel late at night with my kids n had to pay somewhere else to stay. I called them more than once the next day asking to speak to the manager and the staff kept on denying he was around. He never called me back and when I called again for the 3rd time they hung up on me. I would never waste my money on a place like this it’s trashy and not safe. The staff is not friendly at all and the room super dirty.

Don't stay.

There are so many crackheads, and homelessness around the facility. Our door, 144, didn't even remain unlocked unless we physically locked it. We found out when leaving.

The area surrounding is disgusting. Trash everywhere, we couldn't sleep, people were fighting outside, car alarms going off, not your normal, "karen complaint," it was terrible.

we had to wait 15 minutes for the lobby attendant to arrive and it took another 15-20 minutes for him to check us in. also the a/c in our rooms (plural) didn’t work

Bed was comfortable. The Indian restaurant on location is good.

Fire alarm went off waking everyone up. Zero communication from staff on what was going on. Didn't even get a sorry from staff. Turns out they have 3 properties and the fire alarms are linked to all 3. The alarm was going off at a different hotel which inturn had our location go off. Didn't get any sleep was not impressed with the lack of attempt from the hotel to make it right. The doors are left open there were lots of people who were not guests just sitting around in stairwells and outside the room. I would not want a female I know staying at this property alone.

There was no way to feel safe staying there so I didn't.

When I arrived, there were three police cars in the parking lot. Police officers were taking two individuals into custody. When I made the reservation through Booking.com I was certain that I had the option of cancelling without any charges. However, the front desk told me that their policy didn't allow me to cancel. When I returned to the parking lot for my bags, there were several loiterers around my vehicle. I decided to stay elsewhere and had no choice but to pay for the room anyway.

The hotel is in a high crime area. I observed outside individuals in the lobby who were bothering guests of the hotel. The front desk was aware of the situation and did nothing about it.

Horrible stay. The rooms were dirty, smelly and the front desk staff were rude and not helpful.

The room was not clean and the hotel smelled funny. The front desk receptionist was horrible. I called the front desk numerous times to ask for extra pillows as I have had recent back surgery. I went to the front desk and was turned away. It wasn't until my second night there, around 8pm that someone brought me extra pillows. This used to be a great place to stay, but has gone down hill. I would not recommend staying here. It's awful!!!!

Location was great -that’s about it for the Ramada - the restaurant inside had delicious food ( Indian )

Very low quality -room smelled - bedding was wrinkled -light didn’t work on desk -bathroom bathtub had mold and I’d never use it !! Low quality -price was wayyyy over priced for what this Ramada offers -very disappointed-glad to get going

The house of mouse and not the mickey kind

For the price and location, the Ramada was the best option.

First, I was on poolside which got so loud when people were in the pool that I had to turn the TV up. Then there was the mouse problem which turned into a hygiene nightmare at the end of our stay. I was there for a couple of weeks so had a drawer of food. Opened the drawer to pack it up and found 3 newly birthed mouse babies nestled into my food. I took this to management's attention where I requested a refund for the one out of nineteen nights I was there, which management approved. Here we are three weeks later and still no refund. Tried calling them and they say they have no record of a refund being approved and will not be using the refund. Called booking.com and was given a $25 coupon off my next stay.

abandoned cars, homeless people living in parking lot, the smell of the room was not good, dirty linens, stinky linens, very uncomfortable getting out of my car! expressed my concerns staff was not surprised did not offer another room, advices that I call Booking.com and have them call to get a full refund!
