Nice hotel in heart of downtown Leavenworth

Clean room, front desk person was nice. Location was great.

Really there wasn't anything to not like, just be aware that some rooms are at eye level with a street.

The hotel is cute and is perfectly located. Service help is there to HELP!

The hotel is in the of middle of everything and within walking distance to all activities! They are re-doing the hotel under new management and you can see the cute changes they are making. The rooms were decorated in an alpine style which fits the town.

All rooms are upstairs with no elevator. People with lesser abilities may have problems. Our room thermostat was to set to 70 with a note to NOT set it lower or it would freeze. We were there during a heat wave of nearly 100 degrees so our room was HOT. There is NO room service for stays less than a week so you have to request clean towels. And be very specific! My husband asked for clean towels, received two bath towels, and when he inquired about about the washrags, was told, "You didn't ask for washrags, Sir!" There is also no public ice machine. I took my ice bucket to the front desk and asked where I could get ice. The same young woman went to the back and came back with a small bag of ice and handed it to me. She informed me that if I needed any other amenities she would have to charge me $25 for turn down fee! What! There are coffee pots in the rooms but with no room service you can only have one pot of coffee. There was 6 extra coffees in the common area but it went fast.

Perfect for one night. Not luxurious but everything we needed. Right in the middle of downtown, great location.

Bathroom had only one sink, very small with no counter space. No closet but clothes hangers and small rack by the bed.

Overall good stay with our dogs

Bed was comfortable, AC worked great and views were amazing!

There was body hair in the shower and we woke up Friday morning at 7am to noise in the hall or across the hall.

Cute place

Great location with private parking. Our room was facing the street, an ok view except restaurant patrons could see us through the window. Room was nicely remodeled.

Didn't get the room we reserved but it's not the end of the world. We survived. Beds are a little firm.

Good location but the room was not worth the price.

The front staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. The location was great. They are in the process of updating some of the rooms.

The quality of the room was not worth the cost. The room did not appear to be cleaned/dusted prior to our check in. Flat sheet on one bed was dirty. Under the sink was dirty and there was an empty water bottle left by somebody. There was no phone in the room so if I wanted the front desk I had to use my cell phone. No elevator so the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The room did not match the pictures in the brochure. There was no iron or ironing board in the room as stated in the ad (I had to ask for it). Furniture was old and scratched, and one lamp had no switch.

I loved the location and the staff was awesome.

The bed was way too soft, needs to be a little more firm. And the upper hinge on the bathroom door was loose. Had to lift the door to get it to close. However, it's a new manager/owner and they are doing some work and they will hopefully address some issues.

I love the location.

Great location and view!

The room was so dated! The bed was really hard and it just felt old and dirty. I was disappointed for $768.34 for two nights. Not enough hot water for the jet tub. 😢

Location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown Leavenworth

Room temperature was a little warm for our liking, but not unbearable, could not set temp cooler than 70, again not unbearable, but a little warmer than we like it

We loved our stay in Leavenworth. Great people and places to visit.

We didn't see any breakfast, but the location was excellent. The manager on site was great. We had a some people that were loud and he took care of it without having to contact him.

The bed was not a good fit for us. We found it uncomfortable on our second night. Maybe to soft for us.

Great stay in an amazing town

Loved the location and staff were exceptional. Room was a bit dated but still had a charming flair. We stayed in room 215. We paid around 1K for 5 nights but breakfast was not included. It would have been nice to have that option as Leavenworth operates on a varied schedule for breakfast restaurants. Most places in walking distance did not open until 8-9 am and we found only 2 that opened at 7am. Prices were a bit expensive for food but as we all know, prices are only getting higher and higher. The bed was so comfortable. I loved it. We had a fireplace in the room and 2 chairs with a small table. Room could have been a little bigger, though we did not spend too much time there except on one very rainy day.

Excellent 1 night stopover to experience Christmas in Leavenworth, WA

Excellent location at the center of activities in Leavenworth Christmas Scenes. Free parking across the street and walkable during the entire stay.

Not for me as I travel with backpack but other should know there is a flight of stair to reach the bedrooms, avoid large luggage.
