Good for the price.

The fridge was a great size. Quality furniture in room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Modern decor in my room. Decent tv channel selection.

Cigarette smells in hallways. My “non smoking” room smelled like there’d been cigarettes. Also a damp smell in room.

I would never stay in this place again.

The location is close to the beach.

The place looks nothing like its pictures. It was dirty and creepy. Saw multiple people who looked like they were on drugs. There was blood on the stairwell walls. There was no breakfast. Room appeared to be only swept before we checked in.

Disappointing!! NOT as advertised!

NO BREAKFAST!! No shampoo. No conditioner. No clock in room.. Mold on gasket of mini refrigerator. Towels looked stained. Booked 2 non-smoking rooms with king beds. Originally had 1 smoking & 1 non- smoking. Changed to 2 non-smoking rooms, but 1 with king bed & 1 with 2 queens. It appeared there was no hot water in bath sink, but turned out to HAVE hot water, but just on the wrong side. ( right side) Also, the matress appeared to be wrapped in a heavy plastic which made a crackling noise whenever you moved!! And,the metal bed frame ALSO made noise while getting in & out of bed!

Don’t do it

The hotel was flirty old no comforters on the bed.. The credit card machine didn’t work , so I had To go get cash..

Not recommended to stay at all.

Good location

Not Clean. Broken bathrooms door and broken toilet. After change the room still broken door and not too clean. Complimentary breakfast which it wasn’t at all served.

Substandard Hotel Condition

The price was reasonable for the accommodations that were provided. Great AC unit and good cable television. Proximity to the Navy Base..

The overall cleanliness of the building. The towels in my room had public hair throughout them, the bed sheets had stains. The floor in the bathroom moved. There was brown paper bag with snacks and a orange juice that someone left. The random people that hung out in and near the lobby during the day and night. People smoking THC in the parking lot. It was not worth taking the pictures of rhe room or anything on the property. If you visit, you will see from there exactly what I experienced.

The hotel didn't make my vacation a happy one.

The location to the beach was great.

It smelt, dirty towels, paint on bathtub wall, bed bugs. People hanging outside of building, breakfast was a brown bag of junk, no refund, just down right let down and ruined my whole vacation would had left but was trying to safe money. Next time I will pay more for hotel.

Overall, I would stay here again. It was a good price and the room was cozy.

The front desk gentleman was super nice. The room was bigger than what I was expecting it to be. I think the online pictures need to be updated as it looked like I was getting an outdated room (which I would have been okay with). But when we walked inside I was thoroughly surprised that it was modernized.

The door to the bathroom was almost falling off the hinges. We kept having to pick it up in order to shut the door without it dragging across the floor. The only other thing I was caught off guard by was the fact that it seems like they are trying to renovate the hotel slowly. Some parts such as the elevator and hallways had seen better days but not in complete terrible shape.

The room was spacious and clean.

Continental breakfast was a paper bag of items. When we woke up there was a man sleeping in the grass outside the back exit door.

Not Enough Locks on the Door

Convenient location. Breakfast was just a grab n go bag but that seems to be the same at many places now. Girl at front desk at check in was very friendly.

People were lurking around the hotel. Twice between 11pm and midnight, someone tried to enter our room. Fortunately, we already felt uneasy so had the deadbolt lock on. Again at 7am, someone banged on the door then tried entering the room when we did not answer. This is the first hotel stay I've ever had that I was truly afraid that someone was going to bust into the room.

Best choice for our one-night-stay in comfort and price.

Breakfast in a bag was okay, at least timewise. Location was convenient to 64, and the Veterans United Amp. Price good for 2 people for one night. Would like a pool if staying longer. Bed was very comfy and air conditioner worked very well.

As soon as you walked into lobby, the air was stale with cigarette smoke. Don't think it would have been very tasty eating breakfast there. Refrigerator door seals need to be cleaned. Saw a few ants on table by the frig and floor. Remote for the TV had issues with volume keys.

Awful horrible reaked of cigarette smoke

Awful worst place ever will never return first room we got already had someone’s belongings in it then they tried to give us a room with a king bed I specifically ask if it was non smoking and was told yes . There was an ashtray in the room and the entire room reaked of cigarette smoke as did the hallway.. the sheets were dirty .. it was gross and not one time did they offer anything in return guy at desk was rude I will never recommend to anyone there was nothing I liked about it

It was a good place to stay for a short visit.

The first room had a bed that felt like a board..When I went to the front desk the clerk was able to get me a room with a much more comfortable bed.I had problems with e TV and she called maintenance, who came and helped.

The bed was hard as a rock and it kill my back . Its was not clean at all . If i would have know that it was like that i wouldn't book there . I ask the manager for some to help with the hard bed but they didnt gave me thing to help me. I ask for my money back because its was not worth it. But they didnt gave me my money back.i would take that one off your site

It was close to my friends who I was visiting over the weekend.

I was promised a continental breakfast every morning. I got a brown bag with a bottle of water, a small bottle of orange juice, a pouch of Pop-tarts and a cereal bar.

Overall, great price for location and room features.

I liked the location , it was just the right spot to visit the local Norfolk beaches, there are lost of restaurants near by and our family members house was near by as well. Good air conditioning, we had a small refrigerator with freezer and microwave, and tiny coffee maker. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

No Breakfast, breakfast buffet bar was not available (supposedly due to Covid restrictions) But in the room they placed 2 brown bags each with a bottle of orange juice , bottle of water, A cereal bar, and a poptart. This i guess to compensate for not having the breakfast bar. We were disapointed since we hoped to save some money by having a more sutiable breakfast included in our stay.

Noisy and smelly

The staff was helpful and it was easy to park.

The room was noisy because of the street and the fridge as well. There was only one nightstand and it was very worn. There were only one working lamp in the room, the other had no plug. The room smelled from cigarettes although it was a non smoking room.
