The staff was very nice and helpful!!! Valentine is a cutie!!! Beds comfy,great place, wonderful shower!!! Pool was warm

Nice weekend get away location.

Convenient location, grounds well maintained, office staff friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant, Melbas, across the street for breakfast.

Bedding, mattress and pillows a little too soft, and towels pretty thin, but that it the only negative. Will stay here again and just bring pillows.

We love Cherokee

We liked the location. Had many places to est and shop in walking distance. My son loved the pool. Rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly.

Avoid the rainbow, if you know what I mean.

Convenient and cute

Check in person was not friendly at all, seemed annoyed by the fact she (?) had to do things, like her job, checking in people.

close to GSM national park!

Great location for going to Great Smoky Moiuntain National Park! Spacious room, comfortable beds, great price, lots of parking available. Friendly front desk staff

Bathroom could have been cleaner - initially appeared so but there was hair still in the shower/tub from a previous guest; no issues with the rest of the room.

Great vacation

The location to our event was perfect. The location to other places was awesome as well. Food places within walking distance souvenir shops in walking distance. The pool was nice. Ample parking. Beds clean and comfortable bathroom clean and well stocked.

The sitting chairs were not comfortable. Too hard.

The only little thing i would ask for is to have a channel guide for the TV in the room . That would be very helpful for us that come in a little early to relax and watch TV.

Best place to stay in Cherokee!

I enjoyed everything about my stay at Great smokies inn. the beds were comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean as well as the grounds and pool area.It was also very quiet at night.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As well as informative about the best places to eat and the area. Whenever I'm taking a trip to Cherokee this will forever be my spot.

The one and only complaint which really wasn't a big deal and wouldn't be a reason for me not to return would be the pillows. They were kind of worn, flat and lumpy. However I just doubled up and did just fine.
