Adequate nice hotel, horrible parking and unit was super hot even needed a fan

Decent ski in/out option in otherwise budget accommodation

Slopeside units (ask for those and not Riverside) are as close as you can get to true ski in/out in Winterpark. Walk out, ski down 100 yards and you at the Gondola. Take the Corridor on the way back and it will get you to the door. Fair warning - to get to Corridor you have to take blue trails, and those are not easy, especially Mary Jane. Ski lockers, kitchen stuff, all good.

We couldn't figure out how turn heating down. Room was next to ski lockers facing slope, as result noise level in the mornings and late afternoons was really high, and we had no view and no day light to speak of. Strange parking system but manageable.

the location is awesome! really nice if you ride Winter Park. they have bike lock up areas.

no A/C and no place to get ice on property. they do come with a refrigerator but the ice was not working.

Exceptional

Location was perfect. Parking was easy. Everything we needed or wanted was right there. Food. Drink. Hiking trails. Shopping.

The refrigerator in our room made ongoing noises like their was a poltergeist living in it. Scary at night when you get up to go to the bathroom!😂

frustrating but nice place overall. Good location

Room was dirty upon arrival. We were moved to a different room. Light bulbs were burnt out. We weren’t able to access room until 5pm due to changes.

Comfortable room with easy ski in and ski out.

Proximity to the mountain and restaurants can’t be beat.

Checkout was 10 am, which was fine, but there was no where to securely store our luggage until our shuttle arrived at 4 pm. We were instructed to leave our luggage in the lobby while we skied for the day. Luckily nothing happened to our luggage, but we didn’t like it.

It’s a great location and nice facility

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and failed to update me like she said she would. I check back with her after 4hrs and she made it seem like I was wasting her time. She never actually updated me but luckily I checked back in 3hrs after that and it turns out it was done. I couldn’t get in my room like the rest of my party but they were there banging on my door before checkout trying to get in the room. Never had a hotel treat the guest like that but I guess the location keeps people coming. I will never pay that price again to be treated like an airbnb customer while paying hotel resort prices.

Ski lodge with slight modern flair

Excellent location at the foot of the mountain. We could watch the cyclists line up every morning to get their bikes for the downhill. Convenient restaurants and services all around. Really didn’t have to go anywhere!

The room is very comfortable, the kitchen newly remodeled. I was surprised that they hadn’t included USB ports for phone charging. And, given the usually cool nature, no air-conditioning. AC would have been nice after a long day out of doors.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I usually bring my own towels, but these were just as nice. Water pressure was best of any place I have ever stayed. And room was top notch beautiful.

It is a clean place but not much of resort for summer stay. It is a Motel 8 property with great staf

The unit furniture is very very old and uncomfortable. Mattress can be renewed too. The carpet is older and needs to be stretched by bathroom. It was clean. I feel like I paid Hilton price for Motel 8.

All the fees I had to pay on top of room charge.

Very Good

I loved the proximity to the Gondolas and lifts. The Deluxe unit was remodeled in the sense of kitchen, bathroom. The furnishings need an upgrade as well to fit in with the modern remodel but regardless they were in good conditions. they had a locker for snow equipment assigned to the unit which was excellent. The unit was big.

The Pakring is a bit off putting as they charge per hour or a maximum amount a day. If you go in and out you will pay every tine. From my understanding it is because it is a municipal parking not private to the hotel.
