location was perfect, and the staff- in particular Sam, was Amazing!! He is an awesome Customer Service Rep!- you should be very proud of him and his ability to make you feel welcome and at home❤️
there was used shampoo and conditioner still in our shower and the lamp was missing a light bulb. Overall- these were very minimal compared to the service we received from staff!!

Room was clean but extremely used and dated. It was nothing to mention. However there was a microwave, freezer and fridge. The lobby was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and the continental breakfast was one of the best. There was an d broken phone on the room for who knows what reason.
The carpet in the halls was dirty and very worn out.

Comfy beds, clean room exactly as pictured. Friendly staff - the clerk let us know that he could turn the waterslide on for my son if we wanted to use it) and the morning front desk guys gave us some great suggestions of things to do. They also had the most friendly old pup as a greeter 💛.
Nice free breakfast (we had a frozen Jimmy dean sandwich, yoghurt, and bagel. There was also toast, frozen waffles, frozen breakfast burritos, cereal, juice and coffee.
Conveniently located right off the road but we were at the rear of the hotel so no road noise.
Our room had no view and had we been staying longer that might have been a bit of a bummer and the gentlemen staying in the room next to us were rather loud - we could hear every word (our room had optional adjoining doors so maybe that was why??) Thankfully they passed out quickly. So if you do not need adjoining rooms perhaps request to not have that.

Location is the only thing this place has going for it
Not clean I had a dirty microwave a half full beer can under the bed and not kept very well. My room got booked again right after and had a couple join in our room and had to get key redone.

It was easy parking and right off the main road.

Beds were comfortable. The staff helped take our bags to the room.
The duvet was so heavy. We asked for a lighter weight blanket, which was brought up. The alternative coverlet could be available in the room so the request would not be necessary.
There was a layer of dust everywhere. Our $50 a night room at another motel was cleaner. And finally we had to put in a request to have the room made up. This service should be expected in a facility if this supposed caliber.

Breakfast and location were excellent. We had stayed at a townhouse at Big Sky resort area and was very disappointed. The Inn was excellent, great room, staff and amenities.
Everything was perfect.

Staff was nice
Breakfast was good

Location & proximity to the mountains.
Swimming pool was a nice perk.
Shower valve was disfunctional finally broke & couldn't turn it off the water. Bathroom tub not clean.. Management was slow in getting it resolved. Dryers didn't work properly, required 2 turns. No waste baskets in laundry room. Breakfast food selection was very limited.
No elevator.

The room was clearly not well cleaned when me and my coworkers entered. There were multiple hair clips on the ground, a wet used wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod, and strands of hair on every surface. Overall it was disappointing to find, especially considering the price for the one-night stay. But even more so considering the current climate and how uncomfortable it already is to stay in a public space. The least they could do would be to thoroughly clean. The "Recently Sanitized" card left in the room didn't offer any reassurances. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the included breakfast is less than lackluster. The only fresh, non processed item was a banana. Most everything else was a microwavable frozen item. I would not stay here again all things considered.
