Este hotel es asqueroso , contraje alguna enfermedad durante mi estadía , resulte con ronchas en mi cuerpo despues de estar aquí , habían cucarachas y Vichos por todos lados , por favor traten de evitarlo es carísimo y pésimo , porfavor reporten para que salubridad haga algo con este hotel , tiene plagas

Passable

Booked two rooms and pay when checking in. A different credit card was used to pay for each room and both rooms were charged on only one credit card. There were no plates for breakfast and items ran out without being replaced.

During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of speaking with employee Name Azar, He remained so calm and professional throughout the conversation, avoiding any hint of aggressive talking. Their demeanor and willingness to assist were truly impressive, making my stay even more enjoyable. i would highly recommend This hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

Good

Night shift didn't have housekeeping or maintenance overnight - this was an older property. Constant issues overnight - The Night auditor usually the only one there to deal with everything. He Dealt with so much more than front desk issues. Management wouldn't answer phone calls when things hit the fan. Thank you so much for your help Azar:)

Getting Super 8 Value for sure

The shower was hot and there were lights in the parking lot.

The bed had a massive dip in the middle, the doors were to the outside, there was no breakfast included like the ad said, the room and bathroom weren't well taken care of.

Stay away!

Not much..

Our room smelled awful and was old and in poor condition. The fire detector had a plastic bag over it, and the security look on the door was gone. The guy at the front desk was not very helpful.

Was a good ome night stay to get some sleep after a long 16 hour flight from Africa.

The cleanliness of the room and how big it was.

The T-V did not work.

The two nights I stayed was a night of hell

I didn't even know they had breakfast I was not impressed at all my towels had big holes in them my sheets and bedspread has a lot of cigarette Burns in it a chair with the bottom falling out nowhere to hang your clothes the telephone was not working it was really bad I took pictures

I could have a room with no cigarette Burns in the bedspread or the sheets I could have had towels with no holes in them and no dirty towels the bed was folded in the middle the only thing that worked what's the refrigerator in microwave

The first time it was good the second time it was horrible due to being ate up by bed bugs.

Location is good it is near everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed here on two occasions the first time was great. Besides all the noice from the road and other people coming in.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions, if you request a smoking room just know you will prob have burn wholes in the pillow cases or bed sheets. The second time I stayed here I was bit up by bed bugs bites on my back and arm I told the front desk that morning. They said they went through with a black light and found nothing after me showing them all the bite marks on me. They basically told me politely that it was not their problem cause there was nothing found in the room. They offered a discount on another room but i did not want it.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was dirty, sheets were dirty, there were burn holes in the dirty, stained duvets. The room had an overwhelming smoke odor, in a non smoking room. The staff was not helpful at all and I'm still waiting on a call from management. Not at all "pleasant" DO NOT RECOMMEND
