Lauren was great and helped with our request for downstairs. Very helpful on local places to go for food and beverages. She even inspected room upon our arrival, showed us where everything was, and how to operate tv. Excellent location.
Nothing everything was perfect
8.0 / 10.0
Th location and ease of check in.
Bright light outside the window without black out curtains made it difficult to sleep.
8.0 / 10.0
Very clean spacious rooms.
The seating in the sitting room was two straight back chairs. Not comfortable at all to watch tv. A love seat or recliners would be better. Even two wing back chairs with arm rest would be nice. The room stay light all night from the outside lights. Black out curtains or the outside lights placed on a dimmer would help.

Price, clean, Lauren went above and beyond when we checked in.
Parking for the hotel wasn't clear. Had to call to verify where to park.

Loved the convenience into town - just a few steps and you are in the downtown Dahlonega area with shopping, restaurants and just the cutest town! We had a fabulous 4th of July staying here for a few days!

The hotel was lovely with so much character. The rooms were spacious. The additional living room was a bonus.
If you stay in Room 1, you will be blinded by the spotlights from the hotel directly behind the building. We hung a blanket over the window, but it was still extremely bright, which is not conducive for sleep. They just need to invest in black out curtains.

Location
There seemed to be no special amenities. We moved to the hotel next door with coffee, breakfast, and a pool.

there were 2 other couples staying at the same place, when we talked to them at Cavender creek vinyards.
bed sank in middle and towels were thin. the extra space and water/coffee in the room more that made up for it.

Great location in the middle of downtown. An older style hotel that has been refurbished The whole town look like something out of a Norman Rockwell scene. Family run and they are incredibly accomodating and friendly. Beautiful event facility was there too but we didnt use it. We'll be back!
Every room is different and I wish I knew more about which room is which. I'll have to come back and experiment.

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location! My husband and I have been two Dahlonega twice now just to visit this sweet town. 27 on Park will be the only place we stay from now on. we travelled with 2 other couples, and each rented a different size room. we rented a 1BR suite, 1BR queen suite and a 1BR King suite. All 3 rooms were a great size! we could not have been happier!
The only issue we had was that the ADA ramp didn’t have a gate to enter the property there is only a gate at the entrance. Also, you a receive a key to enter your room and to get the rooms the doors are left unlocked with the key laying in the room. Putting coded locks and a gate at the ramp would feel a bit safer.

Great location. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. it has a sitting area right outside that is gated.
You park in a parking lot that is not attached, wasn’t too bad or too far. But just not as convenient.

easy access to everything in midtown
pool was not heated, no microwave in room, parking not well outlined on website, plumbing can hear everyone shower/flush, no body wash provided

The location was great
The room temperature varied from living room to bedroom. Bedroom was to warm even with door open. It rained while we were there, so we were in the room more than expected. Finding football games was a pain, would be nice to have regular cable. The water pressure in the shower was not good, wife could not wash her hair.

Clean, right downtown, and great price for what you get. Staff was notably kind and welcoming.
Only tiiiiny complaint was the lack of curtains on one window, lowering the privacy a bit, especially at night with lights on inside. Had to drape clothing over the window to feel private.

location, nice sitting area
tub was extremely hard to get out of, rug in sitting area was flipped up on one corner, chairs were very uncomfortable.
