Clean room, excellent location, easy check in & check out.

Classic Route 66 property. Paid attention to the grounds and landscaping. Comfortable, clean bed.
Bathroom and AC unit were really grungy. My door wouldn’t close unless you yanked up hard on the handle. Like a lot of Route 66 properties —- just overpriced and not the best for what you pay.

Very dirty. Hair and stains all over Linens

close to Azusa Pacific. room was very clean, and the floor and bathroom had been update. hot shower. had to ask for soap and shampoo and extra towel - but staff were helpful. very quiet at the back of the parking lot.
beds were too firm for my liking. No place to put your luggage - no rack or bench. the table was lop-sided. no hangers in the closet. The mini refrigerator ran continuously. the a/c was very noisy and had a hard time keeping the room cool. great that there were security LED lights in the parking lot, but the curtains did not block out very much of that light. the curtain was broken

The room was very clean and big. The fridge is bigger than most hotels offer.
The toiletries. The A/C was placed a little too high for me and it was quite loud too. A duvet or extra blanket is most definitely needed.

The location on route 66 made it very accessible and walkable.
When I open the door immediately notice that it was filthy shut the door and walked to Walgreens to buy cleaning supplies and spent the next hour cleaning the room.
I was unable to scrub the poop out of the toilet. The towels were filthy and stained with I don't know what. The floor was so filthy the towel I cleaned it with was black. All the floorboards were filthy disgusting dirty. There was a sticker from a takeout on the headboard. There were bottle caps still on the floor that hadn't been swept up. The air conditioning unit was black even after I cleaned it with Lysol.
A few hours later some guest in the next room sat on the curb drinking and high on something for the next 2 days making it extremely uncomfortable.
Thank goodness my daughter canceled it is not a place for family. Definitely a flop house.
There is actually no seating outside although they call it the gardens (there are some plants in the middle of the parking lot) certainly not a place to sit outside comfortably unless you sit on the curb. Each room is surrounded by cement.
I can't begin to emphasize the disappointment in this place.
Shame on booking.com for even having this on their site.

Room did look nice. My wife loved the super super-firm beds, but to me a normal carpet would have been softer.
No blankets were on the beds, so I had to go request them. Even though the reservation was for three people, towels were provided for only one person. There were no tissues, and the toilet paper was like sandpaper.

it had a decent price, decent location, rite next to food places
parking next to the rooms was a bit tight.

Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and it is quiet.
windows don’t have a crew a. would love to open for fresh air.

It was a nicely renovated hotel. Very clean and the employees were exceedingly helpful.
Fewer amenities than a chain hotel. Wifi was a bit of a challenge to connect to.

It was clean.
No water pressure. The fridge made a lot of noise. The bed was hard. The little mini heater in no way heated the room. Ended up sleeping in a jacket. Booked a smoking room but when got there to check in told no smoking, told to smoke in the street only.

Room was cute and clean location great!
