The address was correct
Has not been updated since the building was built. Heater wouldn’t work. Bedding was stained. Mold in shower and nasty toilet. Carpet needed replacing/shampooed 20+ years ago. Cottage cheese cieling was stained and very discolored.

The check in was fast and on point. We were able to check in 30mins early. Facility from the outside very well maintained!
The room was very disappointing 😞! We didn't have a microwave nor fridge in the room! It smelled like really heavy smoke! The worst was it didn't have a phone. We had to use our personal cellphone to call the front office WHICH THEY NEVER PICK UP UGH...We had to go there to warm up our dinners waiting in line for the others to finish. A very sad experience! If I'd known in advance I'd probably changed my hotel! But it was alot of events going on in town is why we stayed here

Wow I’ve stayed in some dumps but this beats em all. Bugs flying around sink. Discovered shower didn’t work next morning requested a full refund as half of what I’m renting is to get up and have a shower.
Dirty and non op shower.

Close to where I needed to go- stores/etc
it wasn’t clean in the rooms and you can tell they don’t focus on that besides the beds having clean sheets.

Absolutely nothing. This facility was so bad. I had to find other accommodations for my second night in Reno.
There was so much wrong with this hotel. Very depressing. After driving for eight hours to show up at this hotel that look like it was falling apart borderline condemned the cleaning crew was not professional, nor do I think anyone even bother to try to clean the room before we got there. There was blood on our blankets stains on the blankets, red stains all over the floor, the floor in the bathroom had spots of droplets of some sort. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom, so disgusting that we laid the towels on the ground to be able to walk from the bathroom to the bed. None of us would take off our socks, and we had to sleep on top of the blankets and bring in our own blankets from the car so we did not freeze. This hotel was so bad that I ended up checking out a day early and paying for another hotel for second night, just so the kids could take a shower in a clean bathroom and sleep under the blankets. If you can avoid staying at this place do. Another thing that frustrated me was I checked out Saturday morning from this facility, then received a call Sunday afternoon, informing me that I needed to check out which I had already done the day before argued with a man on the phone telling me that I still had belongings in the room which I know I did not because we did not take any of our belongings into the room and like I said, we had already checked out the day before, i’m assuming they either re-rented out the room or just had someone staying in it under my bill. I definitely will be disputing the charges for the second night.

location was convenient.
the room they put me in at first had a broken lock. was dirty and dingy inside. once they moved me due to the broken lock the room was still musty, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been swept in a while as there was hair chunks everywhere and the toilet was dirty and the bathtub was so disgusting I wouldn’t even dare let my kids touch it.

Check in was very easy.
The room was horrendous. Disgusting. Scratches and stains on the lamp shades, chipping paint on the door frames, leaking shower and stained tub, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The staff offered another room but after that room, we honestly didn't want to try another. We are still trying to get back the cancellation fee for the room. Booking.com has been cooperative, La Quinta has not.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable and quiet. However the remote on the TV did not work so we had to get a new one. We also could not get cable on the TV. Every time we walked out of our room we got locked out and it was freezing we had to walk all the way down and get new keys. The managers at the desk that were there the first night (New Years Eve)were very nice and they let my husband in because it was his credit card and I booked the room and wasn't there as I was working during a horrible storm!!!!But the woman that was there afterwards was a pain.
The woman at the front desk was rude and we kept getting locked out of our room every time we shut the door. It was freezing outside and we had to wait near our room so we could get in. The cable on the TV didn't work at all and we had to get a new remote when we finally put our own codes in it so we could watch TV. The woman knew that we had been there for 2 days already but kept asking me to come down and show her my license give her my phone number and I'm surprised she didn't ask for my first born. Her name was shy and she got frustrated when she was talking to me with an Indian accent and I couldn't understand what she was saying. You shouldn't be working the front desk anywhere!
