Overall it was a bad experience. The room was nasty.

Location

TV had big line down middle, Carpet wasn't vacumned, sink and tub area was dirty. Asked for no housekeeping and put do not disturb on room door but someone came in and took towels and didn't replace them with new ones. There was no washcloths when checking in to the room when we did receive new towels, they only gave us one washcloth for two adults. Room stunk really bad, I had to spray air freshner in room. The lamp by the TV work at all the telephone when trying to call the office to inform them we didn’t want housekeeping didn’t work either. They did not supply hand soap.

When we showered the water did not drain. We had to stand in dirty work. The bed had a big dip in the middle of it. The breakfast had no meat. The elevator was horrible. The hotel was dirty. We bought our own cleaning supplies. No one cleaned our room the whole time we were their.

Room wasn't clean at all I had to mop my own floor and floor was nasty. WiFi signal wasn't good

Dirty floor that hasn't been swept or mopped in week. Got new towels only once n my week stay and staff up front the young guy hung up on me when I called for fridge. Manager didn't do anything or say anything when I went to office to confront the young guy who answered and she never said a word to him for no answering the phone professionally when customers/guest call

Front desk people don’t even greet. Just go to ask for your card and ID. You get your card and a paper where she draw an arrow to your room. Room stinks and filled with roaches. Not worth a penny.

I have always liked staying here, the location is close enough to downtown New Orleans and the mall.

Went to check in early and no chance, reserved a handicap room and did not get that went back at 3 to check in and they could not find any clean rooms. We have never had this bad of a time . We were disappointed.

Comfortable bed, convenient location for traveling to the CBD area.

The location was great for the price. The bedding was comfortable.

The carpet in the room needs to either be replaced or steam cleaned.

This place is ran down and over priced! Bad odor because of carpet. Sheets are permanently stained.

Price needs to be lowered. Building needs major remodeling.

Absolutely nothing.

Unresponsive staff- we had three pillows in our room (instead of the usual four), and we had to ask the staff repeatedly for three days straight before we got the pillow. The room next to us was full of people who were constantly smoking and drinking out in the open and late till night.

it’s location to the French Quarter

we had a double room, the beds were old, completely different, the toilet flushed dangerously slow, almost filling with water before draining,the bathroom lights didn’t work, and the tub seemed unattached to the floor, no refrigerator, no microwave. The property needs updating as technology has changed, at this point there should be USB outlets on the lamps, something that simple could be of great use travelers.

My room wasn’t cleaned my entire stay. I got off at 5:00pm and wasn’t able to take a shower until after 8:15 because the hotel didn’t have any towels. I think that’s ridiculous

Glad is it over!

It was close to my job.

The property was run down and outdated. Housekeeping came once during my 8 night stay. I had to ask for someone to come bring me fresh towels and change the garbage. Ride housekeeping and one ride front desk clerk. Phone did not work in room. Tv had lines at top of screen. Door wasn’t sealed good.Bolts to lock door were loose. Did not offer late check out.

I liked the little breakfast selection they had and the location was great it was like a 10 minute drive to the city.

The shower water kept getting cold and the sink was clogging up, the beds were really small.

Things could have been better.

The bed was extremely comfortable

Problem with getting my room cleaned. More than once had to go to front desk for towels. Breakfast was another issue refrigerator was inoperative milk and juices were warm. When items ran low they were not replenished.

Fine for a night except for the cockroach. Can’t say I’d recommend staying here after that.

Location was convenient depending on what you need, comfort of beds was totally fine. Staff was kind.

Cockroach on my bed. Overall didn’t feel too clean. That was definitely not helped by waking up to a cockroach on my bed. Water never got warm either.

Location to New Orleans

Everything....our room 201 was not easily handicap accessible, moisture in the room made furniture feel wet as well as any clothes left out, we could only access our room by stairs because the doors leading from the elevator was locked 24 / 7, we had to have one person go thru the front to hold open the door to get wheelchair in, other guests smoking marijuana every where, lack of clean towels, breakfast was terrible, breakfast attendant was rude, clogged tubs, etc. Etc. Oh we tried to get adjoining rooms we were Even going to give up our suite but desk clerk would not chg our room.
