I liked the way the front desk staff spoke with me.
The property had many things that were broken including the Peloton bike. that I really was looking forward to use. The television did not work properly and there were these weird scraggly lines through the programs on the television I was trying to watch.

The bed was great and comfy! The patron lounge breakfast was good as far as options.
I didn’t love the bathroom, I was expecting like a nice big tub as far as being a club king room so it was a bit underwhelming.

We have stayed here before. Generally, my family loves it here, especially on the higher floors. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are always clean and cozy. The king room had plenty of space (we stayed in a suite before). The onsite restaurant has good food, and the staff is friendly and great with our kids.
The only criticism I have is that our particular room (2309) was right next to the elevator. I can't say that this woke me up (my 2 y/o daughter took care of that) but getting back to sleep was tricky with the constant noise that I can only attribute to our proximity to the elevators.

Well situated and comfortable, that's a good price for value if you don't take the parking
The parking price is prohibitive and the room was not cleaned even if I asked for it, so we stayed 2 days with our dirty diapers in our room :(

Everything was great from the staff, location, and room. Lobby was very spacious and welcoming and smelled very good. Staff was very attentive. View from room was awesome, great shot of downtown Tacoma.
The parking lot next door to the hotel has limited spaces and also has a fee. I didn't have any issues finding a parking spot on any night but you may need to park and walk a short bit to get to the hotel.

Friendly staff, great service, great value

Great location, nice decor with all the glass art, very friendly staff
I did not like still having to pay $26 for parking even though i'm already an overnight guest, the AC in the room was quite warm, not even 1 free bottle of water (then charging guest $3 per 500ml sized bottle), lack of basic utensils like pre-packaged spoon & fork. I ended up making 3 trips to the lobby just for basic needs.

The location was good.
The room was not cleaned - the glasses were dirty and used, the carpet was not vacuumed, there was a large footprint stain on the carpet, the bathtub had hair and was not clean.

Staff was nice, beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location!
There were quite a few splattered walls, with not sure what. And they said my room number outloud but I still felt safe, luckily.

Great location, comfortable modern rooms and good options for food and drink. Would stay again.
Parking is limited and staff could be a bit warmer towards guests during check in.

Good location, clean roll and nice environment.
There is no free hotel parking. hotel charges extra 25$ for one night. Receptionist was rude. Didn’t get WiFi details. I was treated like an alien.

I love everything about this hotel! It's so beautiful, and clean. The view was amazing. I stayed on the 17th floor and my suite had two bathrooms ,a living room, bedroom, and a long hallway ,just amazing. I booked the hotel to shoot a short video for my birthday, i didn't sleep there but the bed looked comfortable. I wish i could share my video, its a beautiful video and the hotel makes it look pretty expensive lol i was satisfied 👏
The paid parking.

Once again my stay was wonderful, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. They quickly accommodated my requests and my items were delivered to my door.
This stay was the first time my husband and I decided to stay in and eat at the restaurant, their dinner options were very slim and pricey.

The view was excellent. The layout of the suite was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was ver pleasant. The breakfast was very good. A little expensive.
I didn’t like we had to ask for room service or for the room to be cleaned. I was busy and didn’t have time to remember to request cleaning. . Not having room service. For food. Very cheap on the shower toiletries. Most nice hotels have dispensers for conditioners, body wash, lotions & shampoo. The parking was okay. Should have carts readily available for luggage or an assistant helping. No pool!

Decor and staff were exceptional.
Would have been perfect, except the room smelled a little stale without the fan blowing.

Location.
3 hours of a smoke alarm going off in my room because you had no one on-site who could replace a 9 volt battery.

Beautiful lobby - very artsy! Rooms are very secure - you need a key for everything. Very high-tech elevator. Love the art work everywhere. And the staff were really nice. We were on the 25th floor and the view was beautiful.
You need better lighting in the room. There were 2 lamps; one by the bed and one on the desk so it was dim. Lighting was good during the day because of the natural light from the windows, but at night, it was a little too dim for my taste. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water in the room.

Hasbrowns were sub par.

Close to Tacoma Dome and very trendy and contemporary looking in lobby.
Room spelled like it used to be a smoking room, it was a bit musty smelling. Bed skirt was either badly worn out or dirty.

staff is nice
the first room we got had a strong smoking smell in the room. we had to ask for changing the room because we both got headaches. front desk person was very nice and assisted us right away.

The food was great. The room was clean and spacious with a nice view. .
They were doing some remodeling, so there was a lot of banging ..and the wifi was out.

Good location. Nice entrance problems in room
Room had torn window covering, broken glass in bathroom, broken dirty wall heater in bedroom. Also when we tried to get a hot tea at the bar the machine was broken. They didn't give a receipt with a breakdown of charges,I should have asked.

Overall the staff was very friendly and accommodating- especially at the restaurant and a person named Bird at the front desk.
Had expectations that hotel would be a four star experience. It wasn’t. The bathroom in our room was not super clean. Chipped paint on the tub. No room cleaning (learned later that you have to request it). Internet was down. Lounge on top floor was mediocre at best.

Parking was pretty hard when we came back from our event.
