Beautiful stay

The room was very clean and the location was central. It was a beautiful stay. Staff was friendly. The restaurant downstairs is ver pricey but good!

The room smelled alittle like smoke but they were definitely on it once I told them about!

The staff were not helpful at all. The internet was slow. Not good value for money

The staff should make extra efforts to accommodate clients request. Very strict and not even smiling when talking to the clients although I was traveling with 2 children. The WiFi was very slow and sometimes no signal

Great location!

Very spacious room, comfortable. Excellent location in very nice neighborhood and close to public transportation (Metro).

Housekeeping services need improvement, room was not every day cleaned when requested for.

Nice but will not be back.

Good location, nice accommodations

I was charged $100 per room per night in case we vandalize or took something from the property. I only stayed two days and it took almost a month to clear that $400 off of my credit card as a pending charge. I just think that they could’ve done that a lot sooner and it wasn’t till I pushed back many times to get that cleared that it was done.

Wouldn’t stay again

It was a nice hotel on the face of it

No hot water for a whole day We were suppose to have a 30usd per day per person credit for the restaurant but it turned out to be $30 credit per room and only $10 for the restaurant which added significantly to the cost and reduced the value. The staff were very dismissive about it and directed me to booking.com who you can’t seem to call

Beautiful neighbourhood and great place to stay

The room was enormous, bed was very comfortable, loads of hot water. The staff were great. Great location with lots of places to eat nearby.

The pillows were too firm and “high”.

Adequate, but lacking in the niceties of other places.

Aesthetically nice and comfortable. My room was quite large, perhaps even too large for the sparse furnishings in it.

The king suite is quite large but not very functional. It lacked any comfortable seating for lounging (only sitting options were the bed and the desk chair), When I requested a seat (hoping for a lounge or arm-chair), I was brought a computer desk chair. Same for the lounge: very few common spaces for meeting with others and maybe doing work.

Nice place to stay overall!

Looks upscale. Nicely decorated. Kind and attentive staff. Bottled water in the room. They upgraded our room automatically.

Lots of little things. Barely any cold water in our room. The shower fixture plug kept popping off. Bottom sheet came untucked very easily. But the bed was comfortable.

Bad experience. I left the hotel shortly after checking in the room was so gross.

Room was dirty, and had mismatched furniture and a musty smell. The spa tub, which is the reason I go to the hotel, was not clean. I usually find the rooms cleaner but the hotel manager over rode the room I reserved and had the desk clerk assign me this room. It was awful. I didn't not stay at the hotel. I left shortly after checking in. I am still waiting for my $100 security deposit back. It was Thursday night booking and it's almost Tuesday morning the following week. I usually get a return of the security deposit back within a day or two from other hotels.

I recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were very good. Kind, helpful and attentive. The Certo restaurant was a life saver for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff were great!

The hotel is a little dated. The swimming pool area could use some attention. Although they advertise they have a snack bar downstairs the options were very limited.

Exceptional

The staff was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate early check in. Upon checking out the next day they were able to hold our luggage and allowed us to keep our car there in valet for a few more hours after checking out. These accommodations really helped us out!

There were a couple staff members who just weren't as knowledgeable/helpful.

For the cost of the stay even with deals I wasn’t impressed and it did stop me from enjoying my experience in Washington which is a shame.

A great 4 day trip

Front desk staff very nice as were the door people. Super clean and comfortable. Others in my party booked other hotels and some met dirt and complained of bugs. Not a problem here.

Well...because of the weekend there was city wide price expansion. This was expensive but far better than most I searched. When i read "breakfast available" I assumed it was included. A bit disappointing but early walks to Dunkin were fun and more affordable. Thought the alcoholic beverages at the attached restaurant were a bit steep.
