The location was great and very easy to get to. The valet service was quick and easy, and all the staff were awesome. We had drinks at the bar and they were top notch!
It was a little confusing when the restaurant was open and when it was closed. The front desk told us 10pm (we went down at 9pm for diner), but the restaurant wouldn't seat us saying they closed at 9pm.
3.9
Location, electric vehicle charging, room quality
The restaurant and bar closed early. Parking charges excessive.
3.9
Valet was helpful getting a ride to the cruise ship.
Elevators (both) were not working properly. Long waits to exit our room. No one at the front desk many times. People working did not seem qualified for their job.

Location is great. Very clean.
Elevators were broken. It was a nightmare to go up and down and you would always have to wait for assistance.
3.9
The location is great, walkable to all the downtown Seattle areas.
Hotel is tired and worn in, not what you would expect from a kimpton.
3.9
Location, staff.
No space, small rooms
3.9
Great location downtown, also close to the light rail to get to T-Mobile Park for the Red Sox game we came to watch.
3.9
Location was good and staff were friendly
We requested a baby crib several times— including just before we left the airport— no crib. And even when they did deliver it there was no mattress!
Rooms were very small and definitely not worth the money.

rate was a little high for the “vintage”

Nothing
I had confirmation from booking AND the hotel or our stay. When we arrived the hotel had no record of it!!! They had no clue of the rate and basically verbalized upon finding us a room that was available…that it was a good thing they were not busy. I could see immediately why. They ran out of coffee, coffee lids, water cups. The “evening reception” was …come to the small check in counter for a glass of something that was a sparse line of hot choices lined up on the wall. They might’ve had 4 maybe 5 snacks to choose from. The entrance way was not cozy AT all or swank like some of the others.
The adjoining restaurant sucked. Food was overpriced and over salted. We
couldn’t get a dial tone out of the room, the sofa was hard as a rock and we paid….OVERPAID for a room with a “city view” which was of the building across the street and its parking garage.
Out of all the spectacular Kimpton’s I have stayed at, this one was a rip off.

The breakfast was expensive and so we didn't eat in the hotel
The room was £260 a night, the bathroom was very small, there wasn't any coffee making facilities in the room and the room was not cleaned in the three days we were there.
For the money I thought it was poor value

lovely great staff

Parking fee was excruciating. I would have liked a discount for parking while staying at the hotel
There was no breakfast on site

Good location, great restaurant. Interiors were quirky but modern and stylish. staff were helpful and accommodating
Nothing. It was good. Not one of the better Kimpton Hotels I’ve stayed in though.

Liked the location and that it is a smaller hotel. They were nice to accommodate our request for late check out, especially since we arrived at 1:30 am due to delay.
The beds are too soft.

location was perfect ,close to all major tourist attractions .
quiet place ,good size bathroom ,they give us coffee in the morning if you arrive early .
they have storage luggage so this help a lot .
-no maps for tourist attractions
-no offers for tours or any advise around this
-no coffee maker in your bedroom .you are force to buy one
-50 dollars for breakfast , id too expensive considering getting something cheaper outside (Starbucks for example)
-no free water in the room
-for the price , I think is too expensive for the little give to the clients

Restaurant closes at 9pm on Sun. Had to go offsite for food and drinks.
The view from my room. Roof top parking of adjacent building.

Did not have the breakfast.
