Price of the room was way too much for the quality.

Very old outdated rooms and bathroom. Outside area had a lot of trash and old furniture.

Poor

There was only one bath towel in a room for 4 people. So two of us shared and the other two just didn't. We got there at 2 am and were so exhausted we didn't feel like waiting around for someone to bring more that night. and left early the next morning.

Location made life simple. Room was very clean when we moved in. Very quiet couldn't even hear other guests moving around upstairs. They were very accommodating as well let us check in early.

The shower was weak and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The fridge didn't work correctly well I should say the freezer part of the fridge.

The parking lot was dangerous. It had snowed and, thawed , iced over and may places not cleaned off. No safety bar on the door and linen was terrible

I booked the room on line using booking .com. Booked the room at 7:38. Called the hotel to get directions and could understand the employee. I finally cancelled the reservation 5 minutes later from the time I booked the room. They charged my cc for the full amount. How can booking. Com do business with people like this. Very poor interface and transaction. I’ll make a point to never use booking.com in the future and will not hesitate to give my negative opinion of both the hotel chain and booking.com

Big enough room for my big family. The room was a bit dark which my husband and I actually love.

There were some baby roaches in the room...unfortunately that's a common thing these days because guests don't respect their rooms.

the mattress was worn out, the sitting chair had stains all over its arms, the toilet didn’t flush very well, the carpets looked very dirty, the rack above the toilet was broken and it had a musty smell to it.

the beds were comfortable.

There was someone’s hair in the shower and on hand towels. there was some sort of brown mystery fluid dried on the wall in the bathroom. The pool was closed.

Was very ill at ease when we pulled into the parking lot... seems to be in a very sketchy area. We walked into the room to take a look around, I used the wifi to book a different hotel, and we left immediately after.

The woman at front desk when I checked in was nice

Everything in the room felt sticky. Microwave was filthy and not plugged in. Only way to use it was to move it to the counter by the sink. Shower wall had a hole in it. Stuffed it with a wash cloth to shower because i didnt know who or what was on the other side. AC didn't cool. No blankets. One of the door locks was broke. I didn't feel safe. Would not stay again.

I was very disappointed. I had booked a smoking room and when we got there, they had let someone have the room. the staff on duty stated a company had come to stay with them so They got the room. The lady on duty tried to tell me I had requested a non smoking room. I asked her why I would do that. Went back out to my truck and found my Booking.com reservation and proved to her that I had not messed up on my end. she stated it didn’t matter someone else had the room. I won’t book a room with them again.
