They had a working pool and workout room the bathrooms were so nice. The two workers who checked us in Friday evening around 7:30 were so friendly and informative

The last night of my stay there was this heavyset African American woman who had a bad attitude. I didn’t know that the pool was closed due to an approaching storm so I asked her if there was a specific key to unlock the pool and she rudely answered my question and asked if there was anything else I needed she didn’t have great customer service

I was worried about the mediocre reviews I read, but for the price I was pleasantly surprised with this place

Chauncey at the front desk! Dude was so awesome. I’ve never been treated with such hospitality from a hotel staff member in my life. The guy cares like he owns the place! He needs a raise AND a promotion! The hotel itself was surprisingly clean and nice. Pool was clean, hot tub was just barely warm but no big deal. Bed was comfortable and shower was VERY nice

Location was close to family I was visiting.

We were not safe or felt safe. Our door was hacked to where it wouldn't close, so moved rooms. Then the Tv wasn't working then we had to go get batteries due to short staff, which was fine, but very inconvenient. We didn't sleep well due to feeling unsafe from the door being rigged to not close from our first room.

the location worked well for my wife and I.

A couple of things: basically the same breakfast for 4 days, waffles or pan cakes- no hard boiled eggs on the last. The second, no housecleaning for 4 days - we made our own bed, took out the trash and had to go to the check in desk to get fresh towels.

Everything was great. The rooms were very clean, the staff was really nice. I loved the courtyard and the breakfast was great

The location was perfect. The room was clean. The employee that checked me in, Chauncey, was very helpful and friendly! This was a perfect pet friendly location for me and my dog.

I didn't like that the toilet did not have a lid, the seat was also not attached right or didn't fit properly. There was only shampoo and a bar soap (no conditioner or lotion) in the restroom. I'm not sure if that was an oversight.

Great stay!

Very wonderful! Was comfortable, clean, loved it very much. The size of the room was wonderful too! King size bed/room, was perfect for traveling with 2 dogs and a baby!

There was no room at the inn even when one was reserved/booked.

That I was credited for the fact booking.com overbooked and there was no room at the inn.

Third party booking such as booking.com that was used should not be allowed to overbook stays. There was no room at the inn when I went to check in and this traveled back home 60miles away on New Years.

Enjoyed my stay, will stay again

The staff is always super nice and helpful. The location is great, I’m close to family, friends, good food and drinks (Metro 623 Lounge)..

I really wish the breakfast had more of a variety, really don’t like hard boiled eggs.
