O quarto cheirava mofo. Troquei 4 vezes e não achei uma instalação boa. Péssimo

We were allowed to check-in early after traveling from out of town for a concert that same day. Being allowed to check-in early enhanced our concert experience greatly. Really appreciate La Quinta for taking care of us and going above and beyond that day!

Location
It wasn’t clean . A couple of surfaces were either dirty or sticky . Not enough toilet paper.

The waffles were good.
The hallways are disastrous, although the room was clean.

Not much.
The staff was so rude that it ruined my stay there. Even the management was very disrespectful. They made us feel like we were criminals or something. Definitely racist towards white guests. I'm a combat veteran and felt very disrespected. I wouldn't refer anyone to that place.

The bed was clean and comfortable
Room smelled. Minimal outlets available. I’ve stayed in similar rooms but for $60-$70 not an OUTRAGEOUS $160. THAT was the issue

Wifi was out for a few days. The front desk wasn't answering the phone all the time.

It was a good location for our visit. Parking was next to the room. Liked it having a refrigerator.
The room was old and tired looking. It didn’t feel very clean. We were woken up at 5:30 a.m. by the garbage truck who seemed to be making as much crashing noise as possible. The check in process seemed to take a long time. The breakfast provided was among the worst I have seen anywhere. Our stay was two days and we skipped the hotel breakfast the 2nd day. It was $297 for two days which did not seem like a good value.

Worst hotel I stayed in. Property was in a ghetto location. Staff was rude, they gave me a room with someone already staying in it! The carpet was more stained than decorated, the bed was old and sunk in. I booked 2 nights and asked for a refund the next morning. Then thy charged my card again for $35? For no reason! You couldn’t pay me to stay in this place again.

Beds were comfortable. Good a/c. Waterspout was very noisy waking me several times during the night.
Facility looked like it must have been one of the first opened in Austin. Needs an upgrade.

the pictures on booking.com looked nothing like what was there. the carpets in the room were dirty and dingy. my room was around the back of the building. it didnt look as if it had seen a coat of paint in a while. the girl at checkin asked why I had paid so much. that was the first red flag. as i got in the room the sheets looked great but the rest wasnt. it was as if i were in a hotelroom straight out of the 70s.

there were cockroaches and the room was filthy. there were people fighting outside and in the room above.

breakfast. Bed was comfortable
Our room was facing a busy street yet there were many quieter rooms empty.
When we arrived no staff was in the lobby for at least 5 minutes. When she finally appeared she didn't apologize when I mentioned we had been waiting in the lobby for several minutes. There was also another guest waiting when we arrived. We felt this was irresponsible and rude.

The only redeeming quality about the property was that it wasn’t too far from the city, that and that the room was actually spacious.
The staff in the front were all mostly kind with the exception of a young lady who refused to work at all. The room itself was disgusting; there were stains all over the couch and the futon was uncomfortable as well as grimy. The bathroom was filled with mold that was obvious all over the bathtub, sink, and corners. The breakfast spread was also very low quality, I don’t know how it got good ratings.
